In last month’s edition of the SCN we expressed great concern at the apparent censorship being operated by the mainstream media to prevent any mention of the case of Tommy Robinson, who had been arbitrarily imprisoned for “contempt of court” after he had made a live on-line speech outside Leeds Crown Court where a trial was taking place of an Islamic gang accused of various heinous sexual crimes against young women.
Within days of last month’s edition of the SCN appearing all reporting restrictions on the Tommy Robinson;s case were however lifted, and as a result many accurate reports about both his imprisonment itself and the resulting massive worldwide protests in his support started appearing in the mainstream media. A report on BBC2’s Newsnight featuring an in-depth interview with UKIP leader Gerald Batten proved particularly informative. It transpired furthermore that there was nothing particularly unique about reporting restrictions being placed on such cases whilst high-profile trials of serious relevant cases were taking place. Although the legal authorities were therefore undoubtredly at fault in taking such “over the top” action to prevent any reporting, this eventually turned out to be only of a temporary nature, and was in no way as sinister as it may at first seemed.
Only a few days aftrr all reporting restrictions were lifted, however, another even more encouraging development took place, as the Court of Appeal unanimously ruled that Tommy Robinson should be released pending a re-trial, as there had clearly been many serious legal errors made in the initial over-hasty judgement against him. The judges of the Court of Appeal are therefore to be congratulated upon their well-analysed common-sense ruling.
Perhaps the most significant aspect of this whole saga has been the revelation of how much support Tommy Robinson – a relatively obscure political activist – has been building-up, both within the UK itself and globally. Quite clearly he has been able to establish a massive network of support which has been “below the radar” of most observers. An analysis of his early history of political involvement shows that he has not been without fault, but even so his more recent activities confirm that he possesses true leadership ability, an astute understanding of the nature of the dangers facing Britain and the West in general, and of course great courage. Steve Bannan was unquestionably correct when he described him as “the backbone of the nation”. Surely no-one since John Enoch Powell has been able to galvanise patriotic sentiment within the British nation so successfully!
At much the same time as Tommy Robinson was released another prominent Briton was being subjected to intense criticism by the liberal-leftist chattering classes – but this time a mainstream politician, Alexander Boris Johnson. Mr. Johnson had written a newspaper article defending the right of Muslim women in the West to wear the burqa, but it was a couple of “throw-away” humourous comments which he made comparing the appearance of burqa-wearers tio bank robbers and pillar boxes which enraged the paranoid wrath of the multi-culturalists. The claim has been made that Boris Johnson only made these comments in order to gain support from the vast majority of British people who are opposed to non-White immigration – but surely if this had been his intention then he would have opposed the wearing of the burqa in the West entirely? As things have turned out there has been a hysterical reaction against him by the usual suspects, including reprehensively many prominent figures within the Conservative Party, with demands being made that he “apologise” for these harmless humourous comments. So far Boris Johnson has refused to make such a ridiculous apology, and by so doing has turned himself into another rallying figure for patriotic opposition to multi-culturalism – albeit undoubtedly an unintended and highly unlikely one!
Whether either Tommy Robinson or Boris Johnson can emerge as a new Enoch Powell in order to lead the British people in this time of great national danger is uncertain – but one thing is clear, and that is that the current upsurge of patriotic sentiment will ensure that a new Enoch Powell will eventually emerge!

SPRINGBOK CLUB NEWS
On Thursday 23rd August the Springbok Club will be staging a trip to the British Library, 96 Euston Road, London NW1 2DB, in order to view a special exhibition being held there about Capt. James Cook entitled “James Cook: The Voyages”. Enter by the main entrance to the British Library, and then rendezvous besides the sculptured book seat at approximately 14.30 hrs. (NB: there will be a small admission charge of £14.00 to view this exhibition, though concessions for students and OAPs are available). Following the trip to this exhibition the Springbok Club party will adjourn to a near-by hostelry for friendly conversations to the day.

THE CEREMONY OF THE RAISING OF THE FLAG
to be held at Southrepps Hall, Hall Road, Southrepps, Norfolk, NR11 8TG, on Sunday 16th September 2018.
Assemble from 12.00 noon onwards, the actual ceremony to commence at 14.30 hrs.
The day will include :-
Tea and light refreshments to be served in the Hall upon arrival
Live music to accompany the ceremony
The hoisting of the Union Flag by an expatriate Rhodesian.
A short religious ceremony including prayers that have said since 1890, including the Inaugural Prayer.
Keynote speeches by two prominent Rhodesians
A twenty-one gun salute
The sounding of the Last Post and the playing of both the British and Rhodesian National Anthems.
Convivial socialising with other ex-Rhodesians and friends of Rhodesia
On the morning of Saturday 13th September 1890, the day after the Pioneer Column arrived at the site of what was to become the City of Salisbury, the capital of the newly established nation of Rhodesia, Lt. E.C. “Teddy” Tindale-Biscoe raised the Union Flag for the first time at the spot which later became Cecil Square. Every year thereafter this event was re-enacted with an official ceremony at the same place – until the unfortunate advent of the ZANU-PF regime in 1980.
In spite of the fact that the new rulers of that land between the Zambezi and the Limpopo discontinued this ceremony, a true Rhodesian patriot named Peter Charles Kerrison Sladden was determined that this inspirational tradition should continue in one form or another. Peter Sladden was a truly remarkable man. He had been born at Fulham in 1919 and had served with distinction in the RAF during WWII. After the end of this conflict, being a strong Empire and Commonwealth man, he decided to emigrate to what was then Southern Rhodesia, where he quickly established himself and founded a highly-successful construction and engineering company. Quite naturally he did not wish to remain in the country under ZANU-PF rule, so returned to the UK in 1980 where he purchased the manor and estate of Southrepps in Norfolk and embarked upon a new equally successful career as an arable and pig farmer. He did not forget his beloved Rhodesia however, and from 1981 onwards continued the traditional “Raising of the Flag” ceremony which had taken place in Rhodesia itself from 1890 until 1980 in the grounds of his estate in Norfolk.
Sadly Peter Sladden died last year – albeit at the ripe old age of 98 and having lived a most happy and successful life, being active almost to the end. Many of his family members and friends have been determined that the tradition of the “Raising of the Flag” ceremony which Peter had devoted so much of his time in maintaining should continue however, and despite the fact that it has taken a great amount of time, effort and costs to organise we are happy announce that this ceremony will take place again at the same venue at Southrepps Manor in Norfolk this year as normal.
We are therefore most grateful to Peter’s family members for making these facilities available to us again, and as this will be the first occasion that the ceremony will have taken place since Peter’s sad death this year’s event will take the form of a special tribute to his memory, with one of the key-note speeches to be made by a family member telling more about the life and achievements of the great man. We hope therefore that you will make every effort to join us for this year’s ceremony.

PATRIOTIC FORUM NEWS
The Patriotic Forum staged a most enjoyable and informative meeting last month which was addressed by Mr. Marko Gasic, the eminent Serbian spokesman in London. Mr. Gasic had edited the recently-published and highly-acclaimed book detailing the true origins and causes of WW1, “Folly and Malice: the Habsburg Empire, the Balkans and the Start of World War One”, and in his speech he explained the significance of many of the often overlooked and forgotten facts concerning the build-up to WW1 which were chronicled in this book, with particular emphasis on events and developments in the Balkans at the start of the 20th century.

Towards the end of September the Patriotic Forum will be celebrating Gibraltar Day by staging a trip to a place in east Kent which has particular Gibraltarian significance. More precise details will of course be given in next month’s edition of the SCN.

Later on during the year the Patriotic Forum will be holding a meeting where the guest speaker will be a leading Brexit campaigner with strong US political connections who lectured extensively in the US about the global significance of Britain’s leaving of the EU, and in December will be staging a special event to celebrate Falklands Islands Battle Day.. MESSAGE FROM THE NETWORK FOR ANIMALS
We have recently received the following disturbing message from the Network for Animals organisation. This surely says everything about the descent into savagery which has taken lace in the “new” South Africa. It reads as follows :-
“There is a simple reason the puppy we rescued in the gangster-ridden South African slum called Khayelitsha is named Biscotti.
“Vicious brutes threw boiling water over poor little Biscotti scalding her so horribly that parts of her skin were burnt like a biscotti biscuit.
“Biscotti and her two siblings were just six weeks old when some monster decided to kill the puppies.
“Biscotti’s mother looked on from behind a wire fence as her puppies were tortured.
“More boiling water was being readied; the monsters were going to scald all the puppies to death. A good Samaritan called Fallen Angels and our team got there in the nick of time.
“We rescued Biscotti and her two siblings, and they are all doing well. The tragedy is there are so many other dogs that need our help in South Africa’s slums.
“There are literally thousands of criminally abused dogs in Khayelitsha and they need our help every single day.
“Dogs in Khayelitsha are at constant peril of casual, brutal cruelty.
“The level of ignorance about animals in these slums is hard to comprehend. We were told that dogs don’t feel pain, that dogs don’t need to eat every day and it’s okay to keep them tied up without shade in fierce heat. We try to teach the people how to care for animals.
“We rescue, medically treat and care for as many street dogs as we can.
“Right now more than 700 dogs in the Cape Town area depend upon the support you and other animal lovers give me.
“It’s dangerous work because we face gangsters who kidnap dogs to use as bait in illegal dog fighting – the dogs are literally torn to pieces so gamblers can see which fighting dogs are most vicious. They say that if we continue our work they will kill my team, but that won’t stop us. We will carry on in spite of the threats because that is what we animal lovers must do.
“I’ve told you how we saved Biscotti but there are thousands of other dogs that have no hope without us. I can only continue my work if animal lovers like you make generous donations. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support of our lifesaving work.

THE 2018 TOUR DE FRANCE
Geraint Thomas’s triumph in this year’s Tour de France – probably the most exhaustive achievement in world sport – is of course worthy of the highest praise and adulation.
There was however a more worring aspect to this year’s Tour de France, and this was the sickening and unsporting “booing” of Team Sky riders (including Geraint Thomas himself) by certain sections of the French crowds. On the face of it this “booing” was centred on Chris Froome (probably the greatest cyclist of his generation, and last year’s Tour de France champion and the winner of this year’s Giro d’Italia) because of an earlier accusation of alleged performance-enhancing drug-taking made against him. This accusation was that he had initially been found to have more than the permitted level of the drug salbutamol in one of his urine samples. Salbutamol is one of the ingredients of asthma-inhaler sprays, and Chris Froome has always had official permission to use an asthma-inhaler when appropriate because of a medical condition.. It was subsequently discovered, however, that the amount of salbutamol claimed to have been found in his urine sample was far higher than could be contained in an asthma-spray, and as the initial test result was not confirmed by any subsequent test the initial test was therefore quite clearly flawed, and the accusation of drug-misuse was thus completely thrown out by the relevant anti-doping authorities. It is a pity therefore that certain sections of the French crowds would apparently not accept this official ruling, particularly as Chris Froome had already suffered considerably as a result of the false accusation made against him (he had not won last year’s BBC “Sports Personality of the Year Award” for instance, in spite of initially being the clear favourite – and indeed many people believe that the vote in this competition was “fixed” because the BBC did not wish to have their premier award presented to an alleged drugs-cheat!).
The antagonism against Chris Froome in French society actually goes much deeper than this however, for he is routinely referred to as “The African” in the French press. This is because he was born and brought-up in Kenya (pronounced “Keenya”) and then spent several years living in South Africa – but his ancestral roots are 100% British, in other words he is a true son of the British Empire!
Could it be, however, that this regrettable antagonism towards Team Sky in general and Chris Froome in particular is in reality because France haven’t produced a winner of their own prestigious Grand Tour event since Bernard Hinault in 1985? France is a great nation, and we hope that one day they will be able to produce another winner of their own main cycling event. In the meantime surely for the sake of the good name of their country all sections of French society should give their full praise to Chris Froome and Geraint Thomas for their fantastic achievements.

TAU (SA) MEDIA RELEASE
We have recently received a further very important Media Release from the Transvaal Agricultural Union (South Africa) which we believe is of equal importance to those which we circulated during the previous three months. It reads as follows :-
“Parliament’s decision to pass a motion regarding expropriation without compensation, resulted in two European projects in South African agriculture being cancelled. Those projects would have meant an inflow of several million Rand whilst creating thousands of work opportunities. Over and above the cancellation, TAU SA was involved in the establishment of a financing model which would have created affordable agricultural financial support, but those negotiations were also stalled after the announcement of the ANC policy of expropriation without compensation.
“’Furthermore, the announcement by the Minister of Land Reform and Rural Development that she is not going to wait for the recommendations of the ad-hoc committee regarding amendments to the Constitution, as well as the statement that government is preparing a test case regarding expropriation, send a negative message to international investors’, said Mr Louis Meintjes, president of TAU SA. ’Government must realise that the international community is not easily bluffed. The developments in Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union, are easily recalled and clearly indicate that expropriation is the first step to nationalisation which will result in a socialist system and eventually the establishment of a communist regime. As long as the ANC does not align itself with property rights and a free market system, capital will increasingly be invested elsewhere. The ultimate result of what government is currently introducing, is the collapse of the economy and the redistribution of poverty which will affect all of us. International business will invest where profit could be made, and they are clearly not willing to risk investments to support a failed ideology. It is not possible to send out a clearer message by expressing the intention to expropriate without compensation. In any developed society, this is regarded as theft, and efforts to disguise the intention to do so constitutionally, will not change that fact.’”

What I was struck by was the number of working class people, mainly men. How the left has changed. Its adherents now are much more likely to be middle class people with degrees.

OBITUARY
SYD NOMIS
It was with much sadness that we learnt of the recent death of Syd Nomis, the highly-talented South African rugby international. Sydney Harold Nomis was born at Johannesburg in 1941, though he grew up and was educated in Cape Town. He returned to Johannesburg when his rugby career began however, playing all his provincial rugby for the Transvaal, for whom he appeared on 54 occasions. Although normally playing as a wing three-quarter he also occasionally played at centre. In all he represented the Springboks 54 times, 25 at full international level, and scored 45 tries.
Syd Nomis shot to international fame however when he was member of the 1969/70 South African Rugby tour of the British Isles. This tour was of course subjected to violent intimidation from evil far-left trash, and as a result the Springbok tourists were lionized by all British patriots and rugby enthusiasts. Syd Nomis, who enjoyed a particularly spectacular tour on the field, later admitted that he feared for his life at times at the hands of the sub-human scum, but neither he nor any of his team-mates ever contemplated withdrawing from the tour as a result. He openly stated that he was not a supporter of the National Party government of the time, but even so he was a loyal South African who believed that the country should be free to administer sports in the way which it thought best.
After his rugby-playing days were over Syd Nomis became a successful businessman in the printing, clothing and security trades, but after the advent of the ANC regime he moved to Switzerland, where alas blood-clots meant that he had to have his left leg amputated. Knowing that he was a dying man he decided to move back to his native Johannesburg to end his days. Syd Nomis was not only a great rugby player but also a great South African, whose name should never be forgotten. Our sincerest condolences are extended to his widow Ann and to his son and two daughters.

THE CURSE OF SWINTON
It was with much amusement that we recently learnt that on 14th May 2018 Jeremy Bedford-Turner (aka Jez Turner) had been sentenced to 12 months imprisonment for “Incitement to racial violence” at Southwark Crown Court following a vile and paranoid anti-Semitic tirade which he made in public in central London during 2015.
Keen readers of the SCN will remember that a meeting held by the Swinton Circle (now of course a component part of the Patriotic Forum) on 31st July 2015 was invaded by two dozen uninvited gate-crashers who then proceeded to disrupt and wreck proceedings. Jeremy Bedford-Turner was identified as one of these uninvited gate-crashers through his notoriety, and indeed was overheard saying that he had only come along in order “to see the fight” – thus proving that the whole disruption of the meeting had been pre-planned.
Bedford-Turner has not been the first of the gate-crashers of this meeting subsequently to be imprisoned however, for a certain Steve Uncles of the unsavoury splittist “English Democrats” party, who caused great offense by insulting the Union Flag at the disastrous meeting in question, was sentenced to seven months imprisonment for electoral fraud (see February 2017 and April 2017 SCNs). Furthermore the “LibertyUK” outfit, whose leader the Swinton Circle unwisely invited to address this meeting, with some of their leading members having infiltrated the Swinton Circle and subsequently arranging for the invasion of the extremist wreckers in an apparent cack-handed attempt to takeover the organisation, announced earlier this year that they were disbanding (see February 2018 SCN).
The notorious meeting of 31st July 2015 of course caused the Swinton Circle great problems, which the organisation only really recovered from by merging with New Britain in order to form the Patriotic Forum. Although the movement has survived the disastrous events of 31st July 2015 and is now indeed thriving once again, it seems as if those who sought to destroy the organisation have suffered all sorts of misfortunes. As the old saying goes: “He who laughs last laughs longest”!

We are not by nature believers in conspiracy theories, and always dismiss lunatics such as Alex Jones and David Icke with the contempt which they deserve.
There have however recently been a number of happenings which have caused us great concern and which have definitely tended to suggest that there is something very disturbing going on in Britain – perhaps throughout the Western world – at the moment, and that perhaps the word “conspiracy” could be appropriate.
Firstly we learnt via social media that Tommy Robinson – the charismatic former leader of the English Defence League and a leading patriotic activist renowned for exposing the extent of the Islamic danger facing the UK – had been arrested for “contempt of court” outside Leeds Crown Court on Friday 25th May and then summarily sentenced to 13 months imprisonment. It was not so much the draconian length of this sentence for a technical offence (Tommy Robinson was merely live-streaming a speech which he was making outside the Court prior to the trial of an Islamic gang accused of various heinous sexual crimes against young women – most of whom were incidentally their fellow Muslims!) which concerned and worried us most however, but the fact that his arrest and controversial sentence received practically no publicity in the mainstream media the following day. The following weekend, however, a mass-protest was held in Whitehall demanding the immediate release of Tommy Robinson, with Whitehall crowded with tens of thousands of supporters of Tommy Robinson’s right of free speech all the way from Trafalgar Square to Downing Street. The speed with which this massive protest had been organised at short notice almost entirely through social media (and sinisterly with inaccurate announcements about its alleged cancellation being broadcast in the underground network) clearly demonstrates the widespread popularity which Tommy Robinson enjoys, and the groundswell of anger against his imprisonment. Speakers on a hastily-erected platform set-up outside the entrance to Downing Street included Gerald Batten, the leader of UKIP, and Geert Wilders, the leader of the Dutch Party for Freedom (PVV), who had flown over from the Netherlands at short notice specially to address this gathering - thus showing clearly that support for Tommy Robinson extended far beyond the fringes to the established patriotic parties of Europe. Again the most disturbing factor about this unprecedented demonstration in central London was the fact that it received practically no publicity in the mainstream media – both electronic and print – the following day.
A month later, on Saturday 23rd June, the second anniversary of the glorious Brexit Referendum victory, a celebration march was organised in London by a coalition of pro-Leave groups, which inevitably attracted tens of thousands of patriotic Britons (official figures stated over twenty thousand). Unfortunately on the same day a group of “remoaner” die-hards organised a counter-demonstration which was apparently financed by the sinister George Soros (the devious Hungarian-American financier who has become an extreme hate-figure in his native Hungary) and which contained significant numbers – if not a majority – of foreign nationals. Instead of giving prominence to the main pro-Brexit celebration march however, the mainstream media – again both electronic and print – gave their overwhelmingly publicity to the rival demo’ by “George Soros’s rent-a-mob”, in one case even sickeningly using footage of the pro-Leave march to illustrate a report about their opponents!
There were many supporters of our movement at both these events which were either unreported or mis-reported by the mainstream media, and all have testified regarding the massive sizes of both demonstrations. Even more significantly we have been contacted by several supporters from the United States, Australia and New Zealand who have enquired with us for more information about the Tommy Robinson situation, whereas they actually seem to know more about it than we do! Furthermore we have heard that demonstrations protesting against the imprisonment of Tommy Robinson have taken place outside British consulates in both Houston, Texas, and Auckland, New Zealand, again without any mention in the UK media. A supporter has also informed us in private correspondence about two other most alarming cases which have seemingly received practically no mention in the mainstream media, firstly the murder in jail by a Muslim fanatic of Kevan Stafford who had earlier been imprisoned for a harmless anti-Islamic prank, and the prosecution of two brave Britons, Jim Matthews and Aidan James, who had volunteered to fight with the Kurds against the ISIS/ISIL terrorists.
Quite clearly something very, very disturbing seems to be going on in the UK at the moment, with all sections of the media – not only the liberal media but also more alarmingly the conservative press as well – seemingly being cowered into either not reporting or completely mis-reporting any manifestation of patriotic resistance to the Islamic danger facing the country, or attempts by pro-EU elements to reverse the will of the British people to Leave the EU. It has been suggested that governmental pressure on the media in this regard has been motivated by fear of massive uprisings around the country, but whether these uprisings are feared from patriots or from the extreme Left and their immigrant allies is not certain. Regardless of the reason for this fear, muzzling the traditionally free British media is not the way to deal with the situation. If the authorities are serious in their desire to prevent civil unrest then they should take action to eliminate subversive organisations such as the “Socialist Workers Party” and “Momentum”, and to initiate a speedy programme of repatriation for all immigrants and their descendants who do not show loyalty to the country in which they currently reside and to its traditions.

SPRINGBOK CLUB NEWS
The Springbok Club held a most interesting and successful meeting last month which was addressed by Mr. Anthony “Tony” Williams. Mr. Williams had been actively involved in patriotic organisations in the UK during his youth, and as a result had been a full-hearted supporter of his Rhodesian kith and kin during the UDI era, becoming an active member of the Anglo-Rhodesian Society, and furthermore was one of the members of the famous party of five [then] young members of the Anglo-Rhodesia Society who toured Rhodesia in 1976 in order to express their solidarity with the Rhodesian people. Mr. Williams subsequently emigrated to Australia in 1999, thus maintaining his stance of belief in the solidarity of his British kith and kin around the globe. In a scintillating speech entitled “Patriotism in the modern era: An Australian perspective”, Mr. Williams told much about the current situation in Australia, emphasising that it faced many of the same problems as Britain and the rest of the Western world. He also recounted many of his experiences from the famous 1976 tour of Rhodesia, and expressed pleasant surprise at many positive signs which he had seen in the UK during his return visit. In particular he told how delighted he had been with the triumph for the “Vote Leave” cause during the 2016 EU referendum, and how he hoped and believed that this would signal far closer trading, social and cultural links between the UK and Australia post-Brexit.

PATRIOTIC FORUM NEWS
The Patriotic Forum celebrated Canada Day this year by staging a most enjoyable and informative trip to Greenwich in order to visit several sites associated with General James Wolfe, who of course was the commanding officer of British forces at the Battle of the Plains of Abraham on 13th September 1759, a victory which secured Canada as a British possession. The trip started with a visit to St.Alfege’s Church in Greenwich where General Wolfe is buried and where several pictures and other items associated with him are on display, including a real Canadian Flag which was presented to the church by the Duke of Connaught, the one-time Governor-General of Canada. After this the Patriotic Forum party moved on to the near-by National Maritime Museum where several other pictures and artifacts associated with General Wolfe are on display, before climbing Greenwich Hill to view the statue of General Wolfe which stands at the top, where a few words of praise were said, and then finally to the adjacent Macartney House where he lived during his youth. Finally the Patriotic Forum party took a pleasant stroll across Blackheath, observing some other historic houses along the way, before finishing up at a most hospitable pub to end what had been a truly enthralling day.

Marko Gasic was born in 1957 at Ilkley in Yorkshire of Serbian descent (his Serbian Royalist father having had to escape from Tito’s Yugoslavia after WWII), and is a renowned broadcaster and a leading commentator on global geopolitics. He studied and graduated in Modern European History at the University of Sussex. When he last spoke for us in 2014 he gave an extremely informative and captivating speech about the current situation in the Balkans, but in this subsequent talk he will be concentrating upon the highly acclaimed book which he has edited, Folly and Malice: the Habsburg Empire, the Balkans and the Start of World War One (Shepheard-Walwyn, London, 2017)., which details the true causes of the First World War.

Reviewing the work, renowned academic Professor Vernon Bogdanor calls Folly and Malice "a seminal work which forces readers to reflect further on issues they had thought settled…a powerfully argued work, whose conclusions will be carefully studied by historians for many years”. MESSAGE FROM THE ZIMBABWE CONSERVATION TASK FORCE
We have recently received the following most important message from the Zimbabwe Conservation Task Force :-
“The previous First Lady, Grace Mugabe is under investigation for smuggling and exportation of ivory, gold and diamonds out of Zimbabwe. Investigators only touched the tip of the iceberg as it is believed that Ms. Mugabe started smuggling as early as 2005 while serving in her role as First Lady. Ms. Mugabe had a history of being very friendly with one of the female Chinese Nationals and it is of our opinion that they were likely working together. ZCTF believes that the investigation into Ms. Mugabe’s alleged smuggling activities should be carried out by an independent agency. We have been following the practices of CIO airport security for a number of years. It is possible that under Ms. Mugabe’s instruction, ivory was smuggled onto planes that flew directly to China under the watchful eye of airport 1security.’ After the investigation takes place, if Ms. Mugabe and other senior members of government are found guilty or involved in the smuggling of ivory, they should be prosecuted and brought to justice. Monies derived from the sale of ivory and wildlife should be confiscated and repaid to the National Parks.
“The Professional Hunters (PH) fraternity of Zimbabwe lost all ethics of hunting when they killed collared wildlife. Ethical considerations fell to the wayside during the previous regime due to corruption and greed. The death of the big tusked elephant in Gonarezhou can be added to the increasing list of collared animals killed by trophy hunters to include Cecil and Xanda among others. There are too many conflicting reports offered up by researchers, safari operators, hunters and people responsible for collaring the wildlife. A Memorandum of Understanding between hunters, safari operators and researchers should state that any collared animal should not be shot, killed or disturbed in any manner. People involved in hunting a collared animal should be penalized appropriately to deter others from committing similar actions. The Professional Hunter involved with the recent killing of the collared big tusked elephant is part owner of the Three Monkeys Restaurant in Victoria Falls. We believe this restaurant is a lucrative business that serves a wide variety of exotic meat and steaks. The procurement and source of the meat served leaves the ZCTF highly suspicious, as no matter what you order in the way of steaks and or meat, they seem to have it. People should be aware that in many instances they are eating wildlife.
“ZCTF has just learned that four lions and ten hyenas have been captured for export to China. These numbers are in addition to the eighteen hyenas and ten lions exported earlier to China. China placed a new order for an additional 200 baby elephants. The new order for 200 baby elephants is in addition to the outstanding order of 100 baby elephants that remain to be captured. This is NOT conservation. Earlier in February, four crocodiles were captured in Hwange to be exported to China. This capture occurred under the new President. It appears nothing much has changed at this point. Perhaps positive changes for conservation will happen with the election of a new democratic government.
“In addition to the loss of wildlife due to poaching and hunting; habitat loss is at an all-time high through deforestation. Trees, indigenous to Zimbabwe, are being felled. These trees and timber are being exported out of Zimbabwe to China. This has to stop. CITES gave their constitution, governing rules and regulations to the world. Too many regulations are being broken and ignored in Africa. Nothing is being done. Where is CITES as the habitats and wildlife are being pillaged in Africa?”

THE 2018 FIFA WORLD CUP
As could have been expected, Russia produced a superbly organised and trouble-free FIFA World Cup Tournament this year – in stark contrast to all the chaos and fiascos of the 2010 Tournament!
The French team is of course to be congratulated upon winning the competition this year, and Croatia should also be praised for reaching the final with such a small population base. There has however been an increasing worry concerning the tournament over the past couple of decades alas, and this concerns the increasing number of foreign players – “football mercenaries” as they have accurately been termed – representing Western European countries. Practically every Western European team (with the exception of Iceland) fielded some Non-White players in their line-ups this year, with France, Belgium and England being the worst offenders. This was not the case with any of the Eastern European countries however, as Russia, Serbia, Poland and of course Croatia itself fielded sides which seemed to consist entirely of their own people, and the same of course applied to all the Asian and African teams in this year’s competition.
It is not as if Black players are any more skillful at the game of Soccer of course, as none of the five competing African nations managed to progress past this year’s group stages. It should also not be forgotten that when England last won the FIFA World Cup with their iconic side of 1966 their entire squad consisted of ethnic Britons, even though there was already a very large Non-White immigrant population in the country by that time. It also strikes us that it is very unfair to the African countries for Western European teams to steal all of their best players, for if all the African players in their sides were allowed to play for their countries of ethnic origin then surely at least one of them would have been able to advance past the group stages?
Many may argue that France could never have won this year’s competition without their “Football mercenaries” – but to this we respond that if Croatia were able to reach the final with an entirely Croatian team then surely France, with an indigenous population over 12 times as large, should surely have been able to field a winning side consisting entirely of Frenchmen, and thus bring true and unembarrassing glory to their nation!

TAU (SA) MEDIA RELEASE
We have recently received another very important Media Release from the Transvaal Agricultural Union (South Africa) which we believe is of equal importance to those which we circulated during the last two months. It reads as follows :-
“The farmers who hold legal title to their land, will decide about the status thereof. They are tired when other role players outside the agricultural sector, want to prescribe as to what should happen to agricultural land or what farmers should do with it. Therefore, no proposal or agreement would be acceptable if the main role players have not been involved in the discussions.
“This was the reaction of Mr Louis Meintjes, president of TAU SA, after the organisations took note at a very late stage of the National Forum for Dialogue’s conference scheduled for 27 and 28 March 2019 in Johannesburg to discuss expropriation without compensation.
“After making enquiries, TAU SA was invited at a late stage to attend. However, TAU SA decided not to attend because the integrity of the conference is in doubt.
“Their point of departure is the general statement that colonialism or apartheid resulted in land being stolen from black people. ‘For a considerable period of time, TAU SA supported a conference where the history of ownership of land, supported by supporting facts, could be discussed. This proposal has fallen on deaf ears, because apparently government prefers not to face historical facts which might indicate that Black people have equally doubtful claims to land’, according to Mr Meintjes. ‘The crated untruth that farmers have stolen their land, should now be dissected to enable us that the true history can be recorded thus enabling us to face the future without any doubts in this regard. Last weeks’ report by Moody’s stated prominently that policy certainty is now required. Agriculture has voiced the same sentiments repeatedly, but the issue affecting food production and ownership of land is growing because of doubts of government’s commitment to private ownership and the free market system. It rather seems as if a gradual shift to communism and socialism is in process.’
“Mr Meintjes stated clearly that nobody has a mandate to talk on behalf of TAU SA members, or farmers who are not involved in organised agriculture. ‘It is ridiculous that a grouping of people could convey a conference involving the property of farmers without them being present. Nobody has the right to discuss the legitimate property of somebody, and the possible expropriation thereof’, Mr Meintjes said.”

Frank Pritchard lived at Springs in the Transvaal during the mid-1970s. He was a most friendly and hospitable person and an avid sports fan. Although not Jewish himself, he was a keen supporter of the South African Maccabi Sports Federation, and regularly wore a South African Maccabi tie. One of his sons was also a keen road cyclist who harboured ambitions to become a professional cyclist. Unfortunately contact with him ceased many years ago, but it would be very interesting to learn what became of him, and whether his son did ever achieve his ambition.

THORNBERRY IN THE SIDE
Sir,
Emily Thornberry, Labour's shadow Foreign Secretary, could not be more wrong when she makes disparaging remarks about the British Empire. The British Empire did far more good than harm and I regard its fall as ranking alongside the rise of Communism and fall of monarchies as among the greatest disasters of the twentieth century.
As for South Africa - leaving aside the fact that apartheid was objectively socialist - it may be more democratic and at least free of the old Mary Whitehouse-style censorship now, but the old government was more competent and a lot less corrupt. I would add that shrinking the old economy with sanctions was hardy in the country's long-term interest; on the contrary, I once met an exile who said that the way to end apartheid was to double foreign investment in South Africa. Opposition Conservative leader Andries Treurnicht once observed that "a free market economy and social integration would make apartheid impossible."

Excellent SCN as usual [April 2018 Edition – Ed.], so much information. You will be pleased to learn that Australia will be accepting a number of White South African farmers under its refugee programme because of these farmers being persecuted because of their race i.e. just for being White. There is a particularly large South African/Rhodesian community in the State of Western Australia and they have lobbied very well, with the help of Federal Representative Andrew Hastie. The Immigration Minister, Dutton, has supported the effort. This is indeed good news but the Left who supports refugees, particularly if they are Coloured, have gone bananas, screaming "racism" and "fascism". These loony tunes lefties will fail in their hatred for anyone 'White'. These farmers from South Africa will blend in well, work hard and adhere to our nation's Institutions. Ninety per cent of the refugees from third world countries are still on benefits after ten years - this will not happen with the South Africans. They will enjoy a great deal of support and help from their own community and by the Australian community at large, once they arrive in Australia.

I hated losing the referendum in South Africa but I lived with it, and did not have the permanent whinge trip they have embarked upon. STATEMENT APPARENTLY WRITTEN BY ARTHUR KEMP’S FIRST WIFE
We have recently obtained a most mysterious article sent from an anonymous source which seems to have been initially written by Karen Mills, the ex-wife of the notorious Arthur Kemp. Although its origins cannot be verified, it certainly seems to have an air of authenticity about it. It reads, exactly as written, as follows :-

Once Arthur turns against you he is very nasty and will stop at nothing, as I know only too well with all the blogs and forged rubbish etc that he and Jeannine put on the net about me, even to the extent that Jeannine sent fabricated information to various SA government departments that lead to me being investigated by the NIA and ultimately resigning from my job in government as it became too difficult to stay! Arthur was quite happy for her to attempt to destroy my life and my source of income although I was the sole provider for his children. This of course, only came to light much later. So yes I can believe the story about Arthur discrediting Harvey, although I challenged him about it and he denied it. He has lied about so much I cannot believe anything he says (and neither should you).

The photo was taken by Dave Otto (suspicious, in many respects, friend in the USA) Arthur would regularly visit Otto, who incidentally has just paid for Arthur to holiday with him in the USA (and apparently also visit with Jeannine – this year he tried reconciliation with ex-wife 2 after unsuccessful reconciliation with ex-wife 1 the previous Christmas!) They are VERY GOOD friends! The photo is 100% genuine and has not been photoshopped in any manner or form – the photo was one of many of Arthur and Dave holidaying together (while we were still married). It may well have been taken as a joke, but it is a good indication of what they are like and what they think is funny.

RESPONSE BY THE EDITOR
There are several comments which must be made about this apparently authentic account concerning Kemp. Firstly his evident allegation that I am “too liberal” is laughable – as anyone who is familiar with my editorship of S.A.Patriot from when I took over in 1981 until my editorship of the SCN to this very day will confirm (I hope that this doesn’t mean that according to Kemp I must now start reading The Guardian!). It is however interesting to note in this regard that Kemp was eager to write for S.A.Patriot (albeit under pseudonyms) throughout the 1980s, so he evidently didn’t consider me “too liberal” then! The reference which Karen Mills makes to Kemp attempting to “discredit” me undoubtedly refers to the sickening pornographic smear which he circulated pathetically trying to vilify me in 2011 (which of course nobody who knew me and had two brain-cells to rub together took seriously). This was confirmed by the Police to have been circulated by way of one of Kemp’s e-mail addresses and that he also hacked into my computer in order to access my address book (strictly speaking a criminal offence). It was originally thought that he must have been responsible for fabricating the vile perverted images as well, though it was subsequently discovered that these fake pictures had been constructed by a close colleague of Kemp, a certain Anthony “Tony” Hancock, a photoshop expert and a notorious Holocaust denier. Hancock’s sick and perverted mind was confirmed a few years later when he was arrested (but mysteriously never charged) for indecent exposure in front of a group of young women near the Brighton seafront, which resulted in his wife kicking him out of the house and his subsequent death by what has been termed “slow motion suicide by self-neglect”. Such is the company which Kemp kept when he orchestrated his vile fake pornographic smear campaign against me!
I don’t know for certain what the photograph is which Karen Mills refers to, and neither do I have any idea who or what “Lancaster Unity” is. I suspect however that the photograph referred to was the bizarre widely-circulated picture of Kemp wearing a Brokeback Mountain hat and a poofdy shirt whilst sitting next to a metal ornament featuring a German eagle and a swastika.
I was of course a close political colleague of Kemp throughout the 1980s, but in all that time I never detected the slightest hint that Kemp was homosexual. His subsequent role in producing and circulating that disgusting fake pornographic smear against me does however indicate that he must have a very sick and disturbed mind. In addition I also heard the unsubstantiated rumour a few years ago that Kemp was in secret liaison with Brendan Willmer, the overtly homosexual political phony who like Kemp himself was believed to be in the pay of the sellout National Party Government during the 1980s.
To sum up therefore, Arthur Kemp is a tragic figure of almost Shakespearian proportions, who seems to have been incapable of maintaining any matrimonial relationship, is an incorrigible liar, an irrational back-stabber of friends and a man with an apparently diseased and perverted mind. The last we heard anything about him prior to the appearance of this mysterious statement from his first wife was several years ago when he appeared to be living with his brother in rural Montana, and judging from his rarely-updated blog-spot now seems to have dropped out of all political activity entirely. For the sake of any further true and genuine patriots who he may potentially come into contact with, we hope that it stays this way.

We are not by nature believers in conspiracy theories, and always dismiss lunatics such as Alex Jones and David Icke with the contempt which they deserve.
There have however recently been a number of happenings which have caused us great concern and which have definitely tended to suggest that there is something very disturbing going on in Britain – perhaps throughout the Western world – at the moment, and that perhaps the word “conspiracy” could be appropriate.
Firstly we learnt via social media that Tommy Robinson – the charismatic former leader of the English Defence League and a leading patriotic activist renowned for exposing the extent of the Islamic danger facing the UK – had been arrested for “contempt of court” outside Leeds Crown Court on Friday 25th May and then summarily sentenced to 13 months imprisonment. It was not so much the draconian length of this sentence for a technical offence (Tommy Robinson was merely live-streaming a speech which he was making outside the Court prior to the trial of an Islamic gang accused of various heinous sexual crimes against young women – most of whom were incidentally their fellow Muslims!) which concerned and worried us most however, but the fact that his arrest and controversial sentence received practically no publicity in the mainstream media the following day. The following weekend, however, a mass-protest was held in Whitehall demanding the immediate release of Tommy Robinson, with Whitehall crowded with tens of thousands of supporters of Tommy Robinson’s right of free speech all the way from Trafalgar Square to Downing Street. The speed with which this massive protest had been organised at short notice almost entirely through social media (and sinisterly with inaccurate announcements about its alleged cancellation being broadcast in the underground network) clearly demonstrates the widespread popularity which Tommy Robinson enjoys, and the groundswell of anger against his imprisonment. Speakers on a hastily-erected platform set-up outside the entrance to Downing Street included Gerald Batten, the leader of UKIP, and Geert Wilders, the leader of the Dutch Party for Freedom (PVV), who had flown over from the Netherlands at short notice specially to address this gathering - thus showing clearly that support for Tommy Robinson extended far beyond the fringes to the established patriotic parties of Europe. Again the most disturbing factor about this unprecedented demonstration in central London was the fact that it received practically no publicity in the mainstream media – both electronic and print – the following day.
A month later, on Saturday 23rd June, the second anniversary of the glorious Brexit Referendum victory, a celebration march was organised in London by a coalition of pro-Leave groups, which inevitably attracted tens of thousands of patriotic Britons (official figures stated over twenty thousand). Unfortunately on the same day a group of “remoaner” die-hards organised a counter-demonstration which was apparently financed by the sinister George Soros (the devious Hungarian-American financier who has become an extreme hate-figure in his native Hungary) and which contained significant numbers – if not a majority – of foreign nationals. Instead of giving prominence to the main pro-Brexit celebration march however, the mainstream media – again both electronic and print – gave their overwhelmingly publicity to the rival demo’ by “George Soros’s rent-a-mob”, in one case even sickeningly using footage of the pro-Leave march to illustrate a report about their opponents!
There were many supporters of our movement at both these events which were either unreported or mis-reported by the mainstream media, and all have testified regarding the massive sizes of both demonstrations. Even more significantly we have been contacted by several supporters from the United States, Australia and New Zealand who have enquired with us for more information about the Tommy Robinson situation, whereas they actually seem to know more about it than we do! Furthermore we have heard that demonstrations protesting against the imprisonment of Tommy Robinson have taken place outside British consulates in both Houston, Texas, and Auckland, New Zealand, again without any mention in the UK media. A supporter has also informed us in private correspondence about two other most alarming cases which have seemingly received practically no mention in the mainstream media, firstly the murder in jail by a Muslim fanatic of Kevan Stafford who had earlier been imprisoned for a harmless anti-Islamic prank, and the prosecution of two brave Britons, Jim Matthews and Aidan James, who had volunteered to fight with the Kurds against the ISIS/ISIL terrorists.
Quite clearly something very, very disturbing seems to be going on in the UK at the moment, with all sections of the media – not only the liberal media but also more alarmingly the conservative press as well – seemingly being cowered into either not reporting or completely mis-reporting any manifestation of patriotic resistance to the Islamic danger facing the country, or attempts by pro-EU elements to reverse the will of the British people to Leave the EU. It has been suggested that governmental pressure on the media in this regard has been motivated by fear of massive uprisings around the country, but whether these uprisings are feared from patriots or from the extreme Left and their immigrant allies is not certain. Regardless of the reason for this fear, muzzling the traditionally free British media is not the way to deal with the situation. If the authorities are serious in their desire to prevent civil unrest then they should take action to eliminate subversive organisations such as the “Socialist Workers Party” and “Momentum”, and to initiate a speedy programme of repatriation for all immigrants and their descendants who do not show loyalty to the country in which they currently reside and to its traditions.

SPRINGBOK CLUB NEWS
The Springbok Club held a most interesting and successful meeting last month which was addressed by Mr. Anthony “Tony” Williams. Mr. Williams had been actively involved in patriotic organisations in the UK during his youth, and as a result had been a full-hearted supporter of his Rhodesian kith and kin during the UDI era, becoming an active member of the Anglo-Rhodesian Society, and furthermore was one of the members of the famous party of five [then] young members of the Anglo-Rhodesia Society who toured Rhodesia in 1976 in order to express their solidarity with the Rhodesian people. Mr. Williams subsequently emigrated to Australia in 1999, thus maintaining his stance of belief in the solidarity of his British kith and kin around the globe. In a scintillating speech entitled “Patriotism in the modern era: An Australian perspective”, Mr. Williams told much about the current situation in Australia, emphasising that it faced many of the same problems as Britain and the rest of the Western world. He also recounted many of his experiences from the famous 1976 tour of Rhodesia, and expressed pleasant surprise at many positive signs which he had seen in the UK during his return visit. In particular he told how delighted he had been with the triumph for the “Vote Leave” cause during the 2016 EU referendum, and how he hoped and believed that this would signal far closer trading, social and cultural links between the UK and Australia post-Brexit.

PATRIOTIC FORUM NEWS
The Patriotic Forum celebrated Canada Day this year by staging a most enjoyable and informative trip to Greenwich in order to visit several sites associated with General James Wolfe, who of course was the commanding officer of British forces at the Battle of the Plains of Abraham on 13th September 1759, a victory which secured Canada as a British possession. The trip started with a visit to St.Alfege’s Church in Greenwich where General Wolfe is buried and where several pictures and other items associated with him are on display, including a real Canadian Flag which was presented to the church by the Duke of Connaught, the one-time Governor-General of Canada. After this the Patriotic Forum party moved on to the near-by National Maritime Museum where several other pictures and artifacts associated with General Wolfe are on display, before climbing Greenwich Hill to view the statue of General Wolfe which stands at the top, where a few words of praise were said, and then finally to the adjacent Macartney House where he lived during his youth. Finally the Patriotic Forum party took a pleasant stroll across Blackheath, observing some other historic houses along the way, before finishing up at a most hospitable pub to end what had been a truly enthralling day.

Reviewing the work, renowned academic Professor Vernon Bogdanor calls Folly and Malice "a seminal work which forces readers to reflect further on issues they had thought settled…a powerfully argued work, whose conclusions will be carefully studied by historians for many years”. Prof. Sir Hew Strachan writes: "A brilliant piece of historical writing on one of the most important aspects of the outbreak of the First World War.” Based on the latest research outlined in Folly and Malice, Marko will deconstruct the standard story about what led to WW1 in the Balkans and explain the reality in an easy-to-follow way. Covering a litany of historical errors by academics great and good, he will seek to show how a number of genre-leading WW1 academics have been caught sleep-walking. MESSAGE FROM THE ZIMBABWE CONSERVATION TASK FORCE
We have recently received the following most important message from the Zimbabwe Conservation Task Force :-
“The previous First Lady, Grace Mugabe is under investigation for smuggling and exportation of ivory, gold and diamonds out of Zimbabwe. Investigators only touched the tip of the iceberg as it is believed that Ms. Mugabe started smuggling as early as 2005 while serving in her role as First Lady. Ms. Mugabe had a history of being very friendly with one of the female Chinese Nationals and it is of our opinion that they were likely working together. ZCTF believes that the investigation into Ms. Mugabe’s alleged smuggling activities should be carried out by an independent agency. We have been following the practices of CIO airport security for a number of years. It is possible that under Ms. Mugabe’s instruction, ivory was smuggled onto planes that flew directly to China under the watchful eye of airport 1security.’ After the investigation takes place, if Ms. Mugabe and other senior members of government are found guilty or involved in the smuggling of ivory, they should be prosecuted and brought to justice. Monies derived from the sale of ivory and wildlife should be confiscated and repaid to the National Parks.
“The Professional Hunters (PH) fraternity of Zimbabwe lost all ethics of hunting when they killed collared wildlife. Ethical considerations fell to the wayside during the previous regime due to corruption and greed. The death of the big tusked elephant in Gonarezhou can be added to the increasing list of collared animals killed by trophy hunters to include Cecil and Xanda among others. There are too many conflicting reports offered up by researchers, safari operators, hunters and people responsible for collaring the wildlife. A Memorandum of Understanding between hunters, safari operators and researchers should state that any collared animal should not be shot, killed or disturbed in any manner. People involved in hunting a collared animal should be penalized appropriately to deter others from committing similar actions. The Professional Hunter involved with the recent killing of the collared big tusked elephant is part owner of the Three Monkeys Restaurant in Victoria Falls. We believe this restaurant is a lucrative business that serves a wide variety of exotic meat and steaks. The procurement and source of the meat served leaves the ZCTF highly suspicious, as no matter what you order in the way of steaks and or meat, they seem to have it. People should be aware that in many instances they are eating wildlife.
“ZCTF has just learned that four lions and ten hyenas have been captured for export to China. These numbers are in addition to the eighteen hyenas and ten lions exported earlier to China. China placed a new order for an additional 200 baby elephants. The new order for 200 baby elephants is in addition to the outstanding order of 100 baby elephants that remain to be captured. This is NOT conservation. Earlier in February, four crocodiles were captured in Hwange to be exported to China. This capture occurred under the new President. It appears nothing much has changed at this point. Perhaps positive changes for conservation will happen with the election of a new democratic government.
“In addition to the loss of wildlife due to poaching and hunting; habitat loss is at an all-time high through deforestation. Trees, indigenous to Zimbabwe, are being felled. These trees and timber are being exported out of Zimbabwe to China. This has to stop. CITES gave their constitution, governing rules and regulations to the world. Too many regulations are being broken and ignored in Africa. Nothing is being done. Where is CITES as the habitats and wildlife are being pillaged in Africa?”

THE 2018 FIFA WORLD CUP
As could have been expected, Russia produced a superbly organised and trouble-free FIFA World Cup Tournament this year – in stark contrast to all the chaos and fiascos of the 2010 Tournament!
The French team is of course to be congratulated upon winning the competition this year, and Croatia should also be praised for reaching the final with such a small population base. There has however been an increasing worry concerning the tournament over the past couple of decades alas, and this concerns the increasing number of foreign players – “football mercenaries” as they have accurately been termed – representing Western European countries. Practically every Western European team (with the exception of Iceland) fielded some Non-White players in their line-ups this year, with France, Belgium and England being the worst offenders. This was not the case with any of the Eastern European countries however, as Russia, Serbia, Poland and of course Croatia itself fielded sides which seemed to consist entirely of their own people, and the same of course applied to all the Asian and African teams in this year’s competition.
It is not as if Black players are any more skillful at the game of Soccer of course, as none of the five competing African nations managed to progress past this year’s group stages. It should also not be forgotten that when England last won the FIFA World Cup with their iconic side of 1966 their entire squad consisted of ethnic Britons, even though there was already a very large Non-White immigrant population in the country by that time. It also strikes us that it is very unfair to the African countries for Western European teams to steal all of their best players, for if all the African players in their sides were allowed to play for their countries of ethnic origin then surely at least one of them would have been able to advance past the group stages?
Many may argue that France could never have won this year’s competition without their “Football mercenaries” – but to this we respond that if Croatia were able to reach the final with an entirely Croatian team then surely France, with an indigenous population over 12 times as large, should surely have been able to field a winning side consisting entirely of Frenchmen, and thus bring true and unembarrassing glory to their nation!

TAU (SA) MEDIA RELEASE
We have recently received another very important Media Release from the Transvaal Agricultural Union (South Africa) which we believe is of equal importance to those which we circulated during the last two months. It reads as follows :-
“The farmers who hold legal title to their land, will decide about the status thereof. They are tired when other role players outside the agricultural sector, want to prescribe as to what should happen to agricultural land or what farmers should do with it. Therefore, no proposal or agreement would be acceptable if the main role players have not been involved in the discussions.
“This was the reaction of Mr Louis Meintjes, president of TAU SA, after the organisations took note at a very late stage of the National Forum for Dialogue’s conference scheduled for 27 and 28 March 2019 in Johannesburg to discuss expropriation without compensation.
“After making enquiries, TAU SA was invited at a late stage to attend. However, TAU SA decided not to attend because the integrity of the conference is in doubt.
“Their point of departure is the general statement that colonialism or apartheid resulted in land being stolen from black people. ‘For a considerable period of time, TAU SA supported a conference where the history of ownership of land, supported by supporting facts, could be discussed. This proposal has fallen on deaf ears, because apparently government prefers not to face historical facts which might indicate that Black people have equally doubtful claims to land’, according to Mr Meintjes. ‘The crated untruth that farmers have stolen their land, should now be dissected to enable us that the true history can be recorded thus enabling us to face the future without any doubts in this regard. Last weeks’ report by Moody’s stated prominently that policy certainty is now required. Agriculture has voiced the same sentiments repeatedly, but the issue affecting food production and ownership of land is growing because of doubts of government’s commitment to private ownership and the free market system. It rather seems as if a gradual shift to communism and socialism is in process.’
“Mr Meintjes stated clearly that nobody has a mandate to talk on behalf of TAU SA members, or farmers who are not involved in organised agriculture. ‘It is ridiculous that a grouping of people could convey a conference involving the property of farmers without them being present. Nobody has the right to discuss the legitimate property of somebody, and the possible expropriation thereof’, Mr Meintjes said.”

No.236 - Mr. FRANK PRITCHARD of Springs
Frank Pritchard lived at Springs in the Transvaal during the mid-1970s. He was a most friendly and hospitable person and an avid sports fan. Although not Jewish himself, he was a keen supporter of the South African Maccabi Sports Federation, and regularly wore a South African Maccabi tie. One of his sons was also a keen road cyclist who harboured ambitions to become a professional cyclist. Unfortunately contact with him ceased many years ago, but it would be very interesting to learn what became of him, and whether his son did ever achieve his ambition.

Sir,
Emily Thornberry, Labour's shadow Foreign Secretary, could not be more wrong when she makes disparaging remarks about the British Empire. The British Empire did far more good than harm and I regard its fall as ranking alongside the rise of Communism and fall of monarchies as among the greatest disasters of the twentieth century.
As for South Africa - leaving aside the fact that apartheid was objectively socialist - it may be more democratic and at least free of the old Mary Whitehouse-style censorship now, but the old government was more competent and a lot less corrupt. I would add that shrinking the old economy with sanctions was hardy in the country's long-term interest; on the contrary, I once met an exile who said that the way to end apartheid was to double foreign investment in South Africa. Opposition Conservative leader Andries Treurnicht once observed that "a free market economy and social integration would make apartheid impossible."

Excellent SCN as usual [April 2018 Edition – Ed.], so much information. You will be pleased to learn that Australia will be accepting a number of White South African farmers under its refugee programme because of these farmers being persecuted because of their race i.e. just for being White. There is a particularly large South African/Rhodesian community in the State of Western Australia and they have lobbied very well, with the help of Federal Representative Andrew Hastie. The Immigration Minister, Dutton, has supported the effort. This is indeed good news but the Left who supports refugees, particularly if they are Coloured, have gone bananas, screaming "racism" and "fascism". These loony tunes lefties will fail in their hatred for anyone 'White'. These farmers from South Africa will blend in well, work hard and adhere to our nation's Institutions. Ninety per cent of the refugees from third world countries are still on benefits after ten years - this will not happen with the South Africans. They will enjoy a great deal of support and help from their own community and by the Australian community at large, once they arrive in Australia.

However liberals (liberals with small L) encompass all those whose dream is to destroy Great Britain by their trendy ways, so can be from left or alleged conservatives like Blair, Cameron and cronies, and thus shall always hate having lost the referendum. I hated losing the referendum in South Africa but I lived with it, and did not have the permanent whinge trip they have embarked upon. The figures show the total opposite of what was predicted by them to the tune of £100 billion already.

STATEMENT APPARENTLY WRITTEN BY ARTHUR KEMP’S FIRST WIFE
We have recently obtained a most mysterious article sent from an anonymous source which seems to have been initially written by Karen Mills, the ex-wife of the notorious Arthur Kemp. Although its origins cannot be verified, it certainly seems to have an air of authenticity about it. It reads, exactly as written, as follows :-
“I know Arthur will have a fit when he sees me post here, but I do feel I have been silent too long.
“Firstly, Arthur was good friends with Alan Harvey and the reason they fell out was because Arthur decided Harvey was too liberal! Once Arthur turns against you he is very nasty and will stop at nothing, as I know only too well with all the blogs and forged rubbish etc that he and Jeannine put on the net about me, even to the extent that Jeannine sent fabricated information to various SA government departments that lead to me being investigated by the NIA and ultimately resigning from my job in government as it became too difficult to stay! Arthur was quite happy for her to attempt to destroy my life and my source of income although I was the sole provider for his children. This of course, only came to light much later. So yes I can believe the story about Arthur discrediting Harvey, although I challenged him about it and he denied it. He has lied about so much I cannot believe anything he says (and neither should you).
“As to the photograph – it was me who released the photo to Lancaster Unity at the height of the internet wars between he and I. The photo was taken by Dave Otto (suspicious, in many respects, friend in the USA) Arthur would regularly visit Otto, who incidentally has just paid for Arthur to holiday with him in the USA (and apparently also visit with Jeannine – this year he tried reconciliation with ex-wife 2 after unsuccessful reconciliation with ex-wife 1 the previous Christmas!) They are VERY GOOD friends! The photo is 100% genuine and has not been photoshopped in any manner or form – the photo was one of many of Arthur and Dave holidaying together (while we were still married). It may well have been taken as a joke, but it is a good indication of what they are like and what they think is funny.

Maybe Jeannine has a better idea than me, although she professed in public to still love him etc and want him back which would seem to negate the allegations about unnatural sexual acts – this was not in the divorce petition which he showed to me to prove he was divorced. Although we were married for nearly 20 years, when he proposed a reconciliation with me after his divorce from Jeannine in 2009 (Yes me, the awful crazy woman who he had so slandered was so bad and he suddenly wanted her back!) one of the questions I asked him was whether he was gay. He laughed at me but never answered. I will not discuss what or why I asked this question – I will leave that to your imagination.

RESPONSE BY THE EDITOR
There are several comments which must be made about this apparently authentic account concerning Kemp. Firstly his evident allegation that I am “too liberal” is laughable – as anyone who is familiar with my editorship of S.A.Patriot from when I took over in 1981 until my editorship of the SCN to this very day will confirm (I hope that this doesn’t mean that according to Kemp I must now start reading The Guardian!). It is however interesting to note in this regard that Kemp was eager to write for S.A.Patriot (albeit under pseudonyms) throughout the 1980s, so he evidently didn’t consider me “too liberal” then! The reference which Karen Mills makes to Kemp attempting to “discredit” me undoubtedly refers to the sickening pornographic smear which he circulated pathetically trying to vilify me in 2011 (which of course nobody who knew me and had two brain-cells to rub together took seriously). This was confirmed by the Police to have been circulated by way of one of Kemp’s e-mail addresses and that he also hacked into my computer in order to access my address book (strictly speaking a criminal offence). It was originally thought that he must have been responsible for fabricating the vile perverted images as well, though it was subsequently discovered that these fake pictures had been constructed by a close colleague of Kemp, a certain Anthony “Tony” Hancock, a photoshop expert and a notorious Holocaust denier. Hancock’s sick and perverted mind was confirmed a few years later when he was arrested (but mysteriously never charged) for indecent exposure in front of a group of young women near the Brighton seafront, which resulted in his wife kicking him out of the house and his subsequent death by what has been termed “slow motion suicide by self-neglect”. Such is the company which Kemp kept when he orchestrated his vile fake pornographic smear campaign against me!
I don’t know for certain what the photograph is which Karen Mills refers to, and neither do I have any idea who or what “Lancaster Unity” is. I suspect however that the photograph referred to was the bizarre widely-circulated picture of Kemp wearing a Brokeback Mountain hat and a poofdy shirt whilst sitting next to a metal ornament featuring a German eagle and a swastika.
I was of course a close political colleague of Kemp throughout the 1980s, but in all that time I never detected the slightest hint that Kemp was homosexual. His subsequent role in producing and circulating that disgusting fake pornographic smear against me does however indicate that he must have a very sick and disturbed mind. In addition I also heard the unsubstantiated rumour a few years ago that Kemp was in secret liaison with Brendan Willmer, the overtly homosexual political phony who like Kemp himself was believed to be in the pay of the sellout National Party Government during the 1980s.
To sum up therefore, Arthur Kemp is a tragic figure of almost Shakespearian proportions, who seems to have been incapable of maintaining any matrimonial relationship, is an incorrigible liar, an irrational back-stabber of friends and a man with an apparently diseased and perverted mind. The last we heard anything about him prior to the appearance of this mysterious statement from his first wife was several years ago when he appeared to be living with his brother in rural Montana, and judging from his rarely-updated blog-spot now seems to have dropped out of all political activity entirely. For the sake of any further true and genuine patriots who he may potentially come into contact with, we hope that it stays this way.

Following the magic year of 2016 when patriotic forces were triumphant throughout the West, from New Zealand through Brexit Britain to the United States, 2017 alas proved a big disappointment. There were high hopes that elections both in the Netherlands and in France would produce similar swings towards patriotic sentiments as in the Anglosphere the previous year, but sadly this was not to be. Even though Emmanuel Macron has initially proved a somewhat better President of France than we ever dared to hope, he has still been found wanting on the two most important issues facing the French nation, namely continuing EU entrapment and the increasing number of alien migrants being allowed to enter and remain in the country.
It was therefore expected that 2018 would produce the same disappointments as 2017, certainly as far as the great European nation-states were concerned. The result of the Italian General Election earlier this year happily proved this prediction wrong however! In spite of the fact that it has taken the triumphant patriotic parties months to get their act together, and although the EU powers did their best to control the actions of the Italian President, a new right-wing popularist government has now at last been sworn in, which is both EuroSceptic and firmly opposed to the migrant invasion. Although many commentators try to portray the 5-Star Movement (the largest single party in the new government) as “of the left”, the reality is that this party is more anarchist-inclined than socialist, and furthermore is probably the most EuroSceptic party of them all. La Lega (The League) certainly caused many misgivings in its earlier incarnation as La Lega Nord (The Northern League) as they were then clearly splittists who hoped that the northern regions of Italy would breakaway from the rest of the country – thus helping fulfil a basic aim of the EU hierarchy in “Balkanising” Europe into smaller and more controllable statelets. Now that La Lega has re-branded itself and has dropped all the splittist nonsense it has become far more acceptable, and indeed has found that its other policies have gained it significant support in the south of the country!
The combined vote obtained by the patriotic parties was over 70% (32.5% for the 5-Star Movement, 17.5% for La Lega, 14% for Forza Italia and 8% for smaller patriotic parties) – a truly phenomenal achievement. Already the new Italian government has pledged to repatriate at least half-a-million unwanted alien migrants as soon as possible, and the idea of Italy leaving the Euro monetary zone is now firmly on the table – a move which could then inextricably lead to “Itexit”! The future for Italy – indeed the future for the whole of the European continent - therefore seems to be electrifying!
There have been those who have maintained that Europe’s salvation will come from Hungary and other small eastern European states such as Poland and the Czech Republic. Although we have nothing but admiration for Viktor Orban and his government in Hungary, and indeed for their Czech and Polish counterparts, the fact remains that these are only very small countries with no real influence or global power. Italy however is different. Not only is Italy a relatively large industrial power, but it has also constantly “punched above its weight” in the international arena – including having established its own Empire during the late 19th and early 20th centuries in Libya and the Horn of Africa, Britain of course led the struggle for the freedom of the great European nation-states with its glorious Brexit vote in 2016, but alas since then leadership has been sadly lacking. Italy, however, now seems to have a fully committed patriotic government in place, which can therefore lead the renewed charge against the egalitarian EU establishment.
We do however still foresee a serious problem confronting the new Italian government, as their praiseworthy aim of repatriating their illegal migrant swarm may prove to be far easier said than done. Italy has been the main route into Europe used by the migrant hordes, simply because of Italy’s close proximity to Libya – and of course since the deposing of the the tyrannical Libyan madman Gadaffi, and the failure of the Western powers to remain on the ground in that sorry land in order to establish order, the country has descended into pure anarchy. If migrants are to be returned there then under present conditions there will be nothing to stop them returning over and over again. Libya was of course an Italian colony from 1911 until Imperial responsibility was abdicated in 1953 (albeit that in reality the WWII Allies controlled the country from 1943 onwards), so if Italy was to have the courage to re-establish its former colonial role and to control its coastline then the migrant’s route back into Europe would be eliminated. Will the new Italian Government have the vision and daring to take such a step we wonder? If so then they will receive the thanks and admiration of all the peoples of Europe. VIVA l’ITALIA!

Tony Williams was born at Birmingham in 1956 and educated at Wylde Green College, Warwick, and Colchester Royal Grammar School. His father, a staunch patriot, served with distinction in Bomber Command during WWII and founded a successful wine and spirits importing and wholesale company. Tony pursued further education at the College for the Distributive Trades in Leicester Square where he obtained diplomas in Applied Economics, Marketing, Law and Accounts. Following on in his father’s trade he founded and became director of several wine and spirit wholesale and retail companies, obtaining exclusive agencies for wine products from France, Germany and South Africa, as well as beer brands from The Netherlands and Bulgaria. He became the largest importer of lager into the UK, for which his company received the Anglo-Dutch Award for Enterprise presented by Margaret Thatcher. After a takeover by a major UK brewery Tony completed post-graduate studies at Brighton University before emigrating to Australia, where he now lives with his wife and family in Canberra, and works as a clinical therapist at a private medical centre.
He joined and was active in the National Front (then still a mainstream and democratic party) in 1973, and was also a keen member of several other patriotic and pro-Rhodesian and pro-South African organisations. He was a member of the famous party of five [then] young British patriots who toured Rhodesia in 1976 in order to express their solidarity with the Rhodesian people. During this trip he met the Hon. Ian Douglas Smith and several other leading Rhodesian personalities, and was interviewed on RTV by Harvey Ward. He also visited South Africa during the 1980s when he spoke at meetings of the HNP in Johannesburg and the Patriotic Forum in Durban. A skilled public speaker, he has also spoken at a meeting of the Kent Branch of the Rhodesians Worldwide organisation. His main interests are classical history, poetry and travel.

The Springbok Club has again been asked to participate in the annual “Raising of the Flag” ceremony in Norfolk. This year this important and inspiring event has been scheduled for Sunday 16th September, and as this will be the first such ceremony since the sad death of Mr. Peter Sladden (who initiated the continuation of this annual ceremony which previously took place at Cecil Square, Salisbury, Rhodesia) it will therefore be staged in special honour of his memory. We ask all supporters to diarise this date therefore, and to make every effort to attend this year’s event.

THE CASE OF PADDY JACKSON AND STUART OLDING
As most readers will be aware, the Ulster and Ireland Rugby Union internationals Paddy Jackson and Stuart Olding were charged with rape last year, and were suspended from playing for both province and country until the conclusion of their trial. At their trial they were both found Not Guilty by a unanimous verdict of the jury (which significantly contained three women), and that we would have thought would have been the end of the matter.
But no, in spite of the verdict both the IRFU and Ulster Rugby decided to impose life bans against both players – the reason being that certain crude and repulsive text messages were found on their mobile ‘phones and revealed in court. We do not wish to excuse these vile comments of course, but surely this was a “yellow card” offence and not a “red card” one? Worryingly, however, it would seem that these unfortunate decisions of the IRFU and Ulster Rugby were greatly influenced by threats of disruption from more militant supporters of the “Me Too” campaign.
Subsequent to their controversial life bans both Stuart Olding and Paddy Jackson have been given contracts to play for French Rugby Union clubs next season, clubs which do not seem to be nearly as scared of demonstrations by militant feminists as the IRFU and Ulster Rugby alas seem to be. We wish both players every success at their new French clubs, but also hope that they will both express genuine and unequivocal remorse for the obscene text messages which they sent and any inadvertent offence which they may have caused to the women involved – and also hope that the IRFU and Ulster Rugby will eventually reconsider their draconian life bans.

He was obviously a troubled man, and the dramatic way in which he outed himself as a homosexual will never be forgotten. He was, of course, associated with the notorious Mike Keith-Smith, who before his suicide also outed himself as having had homosexual relationships during his university years, and also with Allan Robertson, formerly involved with the Swinton Circle, and also having been revealed as a BNP supporter.

ROGUES GALLERY
We have recently unfortunately been experiencing some very nasty, offensive and irrational attacks on a private FaceBook thread from two individuals calling themselves Stephen N. Green and Richard Curry, though the suspicion is that both of these are “sock-puppet” names – and perhaps only one person is behind them both.
The name of Stephen N. Green (definitely NOT the same person as the Stephen Green who runs Christian Voice) was used previously when we received similar inexplicable attacks on the now discontinued Friends of the Quarterly Review FaceBook group, but the name of Richard Curry – who has issued some quite infantile threats of physical violence - is completely new to us. Green’s FaceBook page gives very little information about him, but Curry’s claims that he was once a lecturer at the University of Exeter – though significantly there is no reference to him on the University of Exeter’s web-page!
Both entities claim to know a lot about the Swinton Circle (now of course merged with New Britain to form today’s Patriotic Forum) and its leading officials , yet nobody involved with the organisation knows anything about them, and their names do not appear on any of the organisations’ membership records. Significantly, however, both of them speak approvingly of the notorious Allan Robertson, even though – as long-standing readers will be aware – Robertson was expelled from the organisation for gross misconduct way back in January 2009, following a failed coup attempt on his part to seize control of the organisation the previous year/
There was actually originally a third person involved in this paranoid hate campaign who went under the name of Christopher Day (probably also a “sock-puppet” name), but mysteriously all postings made under this name were suddenly deleted. It may also be significant that all those involved in these irrational attacks seem to harbour a paranoid dislike for the anti-fascist magazine Searchlight - though it has been our experience in the past that all those who express such a conspiratorial attitude towards this obscure publication actually have something to hide!
We wonder therefore if anyone knows anything about these sinister characters or what their true identities are, and also why they should be inexplicably attacking complete strangers in this way? Needless to say, any information which could be provided in this regard will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

June 2018 edition
Following the magic year of 2016 when patriotic forces were triumphant throughout the West, from New Zealand through Brexit Britain to the United States, 2017 alas proved a big disappointment. There were high hopes that elections both in the Netherlands and in France would produce similar swings towards patriotic sentiments as in the Anglosphere the previous year, but sadly this was not to be. Even though Emmanuel Macron has initially proved a somewhat better President of France than we ever dared to hope, he has still been found wanting on the two most important issues facing the French nation, namely continuing EU entrapment and the increasing number of alien migrants being allowed to enter and remain in the country.
It was therefore expected that 2018 would produce the same disappointments as 2017, certainly as far as the great European nation-states were concerned. The result of the Italian General Election earlier this year happily proved this prediction wrong however! In spite of the fact that it has taken the triumphant patriotic parties months to get their act together, and although the EU powers did their best to control the actions of the Italian President, a new right-wing popularist government has now at last been sworn in, which is both EuroSceptic and firmly opposed to the migrant invasion. Although many commentators try to portray the 5-Star Movement (the largest single party in the new government) as “of the left”, the reality is that this party is more anarchist-inclined than socialist, and furthermore is probably the most EuroSceptic party of them all. La Lega (The League) certainly caused many misgivings in its earlier incarnation as La Lega Nord (The Northern League) as they were then clearly splittists who hoped that the northern regions of Italy would breakaway from the rest of the country – thus helping fulfil a basic aim of the EU hierarchy in “Balkanising” Europe into smaller and more controllable statelets. Now that La Lega has re-branded itself and has dropped all the splittist nonsense it has become far more acceptable, and indeed has found that its other policies have gained it significant support in the south of the country!
The combined vote obtained by the patriotic parties was over 70% (32.5% for the 5-Star Movement, 17.5% for La Lega, 14% for Forza Italia and 8% for smaller patriotic parties) – a truly phenomenal achievement. Already the new Italian government has pledged to repatriate at least half-a-million unwanted alien migrants as soon as possible, and the idea of Italy leaving the Euro monetary zone is now firmly on the table – a move which could then inextricably lead to “Itexit”! The future for Italy – indeed the future for the whole of the European continent - therefore seems to be electrifying!
There have been those who have maintained that Europe’s salvation will come from Hungary and other small eastern European states such as Poland and the Czech Republic. Although we have nothing but admiration for Viktor Orban and his government in Hungary, and indeed for their Czech and Polish counterparts, the fact remains that these are only very small countries with no real influence or global power. Italy however is different. Not only is Italy a relatively large industrial power, but it has also constantly “punched above its weight” in the international arena – including having established its own Empire during the late 19th and early 20th centuries in Libya and the Horn of Africa, Britain of course led the struggle for the freedom of the great European nation-states with its glorious Brexit vote in 2016, but alas since then leadership has been sadly lacking. Italy, however, now seems to have a fully committed patriotic government in place, which can therefore lead the renewed charge against the egalitarian EU establishment.
We do however still foresee a serious problem confronting the new Italian government, as their praiseworthy aim of repatriating their illegal migrant swarm may prove to be far easier said than done. Italy has been the main route into Europe used by the migrant hordes, simply because of Italy’s close proximity to Libya – and of course since the deposing of the the tyrannical Libyan madman Gadaffi, and the failure of the Western powers to remain on the ground in that sorry land in order to establish order, the country has descended into pure anarchy. If migrants are to be returned there then under present conditions there will be nothing to stop them returning over and over again. Libya was of course an Italian colony from 1911 until Imperial responsibility was abdicated in 1953 (albeit that in reality the WWII Allies controlled the country from 1943 onwards), so if Italy was to have the courage to re-establish its former colonial role and to control its coastline then the migrant’s route back into Europe would be eliminated. Will the new Italian Government have the vision and daring to take such a step we wonder? If so then they will receive the thanks and admiration of all the peoples of Europe. VIVA l’ITALIA!

Tony Williams was born at Birmingham in 1956 and educated at Wylde Green College, Warwick, and Colchester Royal Grammar School. His father, a staunch patriot, served with distinction in Bomber Command during WWII and founded a successful wine and spirits importing and wholesale company. Tony pursued further education at the College for the Distributive Trades in Leicester Square where he obtained diplomas in Applied Economics, Marketing, Law and Accounts. Following on in his father’s trade he founded and became director of several wine and spirit wholesale and retail companies, obtaining exclusive agencies for wine products from France, Germany and South Africa, as well as beer brands from The Netherlands and Bulgaria. He became the largest importer of lager into the UK, for which his company received the Anglo-Dutch Award for Enterprise presented by Margaret Thatcher. After a takeover by a major UK brewery Tony completed post-graduate studies at Brighton University before emigrating to Australia, where he now lives with his wife and family in Canberra, and works as a clinical therapist at a private medical centre.
He joined and was active in the National Front (then still a mainstream and democratic party) in 1973, and was also a keen member of several other patriotic and pro-Rhodesian and pro-South African organisations. He was a member of the famous party of five [then] young British patriots who toured Rhodesia in 1976 in order to express their solidarity with the Rhodesian people. During this trip he met the Hon. Ian Douglas Smith and several other leading Rhodesian personalities, and was interviewed on RTV by Harvey Ward. He also visited South Africa during the 1980s when he spoke at meetings of the HNP in Johannesburg and the Patriotic Forum in Durban. A skilled public speaker, he has also spoken at a meeting of the Kent Branch of the Rhodesians Worldwide organisation. His main interests are classical history, poetry and travel.

THE CASE OF PADDY JACKSON AND STUART OLDING
As most readers will be aware, the Ulster and Ireland Rugby Union internationals Paddy Jackson and Stuart Olding were charged with rape last year, and were suspended from playing for both province and country until the conclusion of their trial. At their trial they were both found Not Guilty by a unanimous verdict of the jury (which significantly contained three women), and that we would have thought would have been the end of the matter.
But no, in spite of the verdict both the IRFU and Ulster Rugby decided to impose life bans against both players – the reason being that certain crude and repulsive text messages were found on their mobile ‘phones and revealed in court. We do not wish to excuse these vile comments of course, but surely this was a “yellow card” offence and not a “red card” one? Worryingly, however, it would seem that these unfortunate decisions of the IRFU and Ulster Rugby were greatly influenced by threats of disruption from more militant supporters of the “Me Too” campaign.
Subsequent to their controversial life bans both Stuart Olding and Paddy Jackson have been given contracts to play for French Rugby Union clubs next season, clubs which do not seem to be nearly as scared of demonstrations by militant feminists as the IRFU and Ulster Rugby alas seem to be. We wish both players every success at their new French clubs, but also hope that they will both express genuine and unequivocal remorse for the obscene text messages which they sent and any inadvertent offence which they may have caused to the women involved – and also hope that the IRFU and Ulster Rugby will eventually reconsider their draconian life bans.

Well the “new broom” Cyril Ramaphosa who was going to change everything certainly put his foot in it. One of his first statements even before he became the country’s president was “We will take the land”. Nothing ambiguous about that! Now Julius Malema, a simpleton in a suit and Ramaphosal’s new political sidekick and about-to-be co-leader and kingmaker in South Africa, is doing what Ramaphosa said. Now Ramaphosa says it’s “criminal” to grab land but he’s clearly forgotten what he said a few months ago?
What a bunch! Trump can add South Africa to his list of sh1thole countries. Perhaps it was already on the list!!

CREEPY CHRIS

I knew Chris Luke (see May 2018 SCN – Ed.) well enough; generally a nice chap and politically sound, but there was always something somewhat “creepy” about him. He was obviously a troubled man, and the dramatic way in which he outed himself as a homosexual will never be forgotten. He was, of course, associated with the notorious Mike Keith-Smith, who before his suicide also outed himself as having had homosexual relationships during his university years, and also with Allan Robertson, formerly involved with the Swinton Circle, and also having been revealed as a BNP supporter.

ROGUES GALLERY
We have recently unfortunately been experiencing some very nasty, offensive and irrational attacks on a private FaceBook thread from two individuals calling themselves Stephen N. Green and Richard Curry, though the suspicion is that both of these are “sock-puppet” names – and perhaps only one person is behind them both.
The name of Stephen N. Green (definitely NOT the same person as the Stephen Green who runs Christian Voice) was used previously when we received similar inexplicable attacks on the now discontinued Friends of the Quarterly Review FaceBook group, but the name of Richard Curry – who has issued some quite infantile threats of physical violence - is completely new to us. Green’s FaceBook page gives very little information about him, but Curry’s claims that he was once a lecturer at the University of Exeter – though significantly there is no reference to him on the University of Exeter’s web-page!
Both entities claim to know a lot about the Swinton Circle (now of course merged with New Britain to form today’s Patriotic Forum) and its leading officials , yet nobody involved with the organisation knows anything about them, and their names do not appear on any of the organisations’ membership records. Significantly, however, both of them speak approvingly of the notorious Allan Robertson, even though – as long-standing readers will be aware – Robertson was expelled from the organisation for gross misconduct way back in January 2009, following a failed coup attempt on his part to seize control of the organisation the previous year/
There was actually originally a third person involved in this paranoid hate campaign who went under the name of Christopher Day (probably also a “sock-puppet” name), but mysteriously all postings made under this name were suddenly deleted. It may also be significant that all those involved in these irrational attacks seem to harbour a paranoid dislike for the anti-fascist magazine Searchlight - though it has been our experience in the past that all those who express such a conspiratorial attitude towards this obscure publication actually have something to hide!
We wonder therefore if anyone knows anything about these sinister characters or what their true identities are, and also why they should be inexplicably attacking complete strangers in this way? Needless to say, any information which could be provided in this regard will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
