June 2023 Edition.

SPRINGBOK CYBER NEWSLETTER

June 2023 edition

At the moment the British Conservative Party seems to be tearing itself apart at Parliamentary level, with massive disagreements surfacing following the Parliamentary Privileges Committee’s investigation into former Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s conduct in relation to the so-called “Partygate” incident.

But this isn’t merely a conflict between the supporters of Boris Johnson and supporters of the current Prime Minister, the ethnic alien Rishi Sunak. Many former supporters of Johnson seem to have deserted him and joined the large number of Conservative MPs who support neither of the two main rivals. Furthermore a growing number of those who voted for the unsuitable Sunak as Leader have now become totally disillusioned with his inept and embarrassing leadership.

In case anyone starts to become too enthusiastic about a return to power by Johnson however, there are three important worrying aspects about his premiership which should be borne in mind :-

1) Although it was Theresa May who was the first Conservative Prime Minister to appoint a non-White to the cabinet, Johnson made such disgraceful appointments in spades! It was calculated that at one stage 16% of his cabinet were non-White – i.e. almost three times the percentage of non-Whites in the population as a whole! One of these appointments was of course the wretched Sunak, who came back to bite the hand which fed him. Talk about being hoisted by your own petard!

2) Johnson enacted the most draconian restrictions during the Covid-19 hysteria, following without question the irrational dictates of the international medicrats rather than copying the examples of far more sane national governments such as those of Sweden and Belarus, and as a result condemned Britain to economic and social disruption for decades ahead. The fact that his downfall was caused by his failure to abide by the very ridiculous rules which he himself imposed means that again he seems to have been hoisted with his own petard!

3) Johnson took a completely one-sided and nationally dangerous stance in relation to the Russian/Ukrainian conflict, rather than attempting to act as a neutral peacemaker in order to end all the needless slaughter.

It is clear therefore that although it is essential to remove the unacceptable foreigner Sunak from all forms of authority as soon as possible, to re-instate Johnson would be disastrous. As we stated in both the July 2022 and the November 2022 editions of the SCNs, it would undoubtedly be the lesser of two evils if a General Election was to be held soon so that Sir Keir Starmer’s Labour Party could be swept to power, which would then provide a five year hiatus when either the Conservative Party could reform itself or else the parties of the patriotic Right could get their acts together, unite, and provide a viable alternative government.

We know that by advocating this scenario we have been criticised by a number of readers who regard the prevention of another Labour Government as being essential at all costs, but since the writing of these previous editions two important development have occurred. Firstly a landslide Labour victory at the next General Election now seems inevitable, but with Sir Keir Starmer in charge it will not be a “red in tooth and claw” socialist government as was the case under Attlee and Wilson, and would have been the case under Miliband or Corbyn, but rather will probably be similar to Sir Tony Blair’s moderate “New Labour” government. Secondly it is now clear that the current Conservative Party is incapable of reforming itself - yet there are signs that the parties of the patriotic Right (namely ReformUK, Reclaim and what’s left of UKIP) are now getting their acts together, and indeed the fact that the most praiseworthy former Conservative MP Andrew Bridgen has now joined Reclaim means that other decent Conservative MPs are likely to follow.

There is still a long way to go before the British people can reclaim their country back again of course, but there is now hope!

SPRINGBOK CLUB NEWS

The Springbok Club held a most enjoyable and indeed inspiring gathering last month in order to celebrate Empire Day. Several members present gave enthralling informal accounts of their own experiences in countries of the Empire and Commonwealth, including South Africa, Rhodesia, Kenya, Canada, Bermuda, Malta and Gibraltar, which all proved highly illuminating. After the conclusion of these accounts the Springbok Club party adjourned to the dinning room area of the venue in order to enjoy a really sumptuous evening meal,

----------------------------

The Springbok Club will be holding a special buffet-meeting to celebrate Rhodes and Founders Day next month, the details of which are as follows :-

Date : Saturday 15th July 2023

Time : assemble from 14.00 hrs onwards, meeting to commence at 15.00 hrs.

Venue: THE ANTELOPE (the upstairs dining room), 22 Eaton Terrace, Belgravia, London SW1W 8EZ. He grew up in Bulawayo and served in the Zimbabwean Police and Army Reserve, representing and captaining the Zimbabwe Service Rifle Team. He also represented the Zimbabwe Target Rifle Team in a competition against England – which they won! He moved to South Africa shortly after the fall of Rhodesia, serving in the SADF for 6 years, and being based in Phalaborwa with 5 Recce. Since relocating to the UK his marksmanship skills have however been channeled towards the sport of Archery. He has been the first ranked Archer in both the counties of Surrey and Middlesex, 16th in the UK as a whole, and recently came 8th in a World Tournament.

A succulent array of buffet snacks will be provided at this event, and the costs will be £15.00 per head for Full Members of the Springbok Club, £17.50 per head for Associate Members, and £20.00 per head for non-members. ----------------------------

Alas because of difficulties booking accommodation at this time of year the Springbok Club’s planned weekend’s trip to Portsmouth in order to see both HMS Victory and the Mary Rose has had to be postponed until either the autumn or spring of next year. More details about this event will be given in future editions of the SCN.

In August the Springbok Club will be holding a special meeting in order to welcome a prominent South African to the UK, in September the Springbok Club will be organising the annual “Raising of the Flag” ceremony, and in October will be going to watch a Rugby club with strong South African connections play.

------------------------------------------------------------------

PATRIOTIC FORUM NEWS

MESSAGE FROM THE NETWORK FOR ANIMALS

We have recently received the following most disturbing report from the Network for Animals organisation about the cruel treatment of donkeys in Tanzania. It reads as follows:-

“In Tanzania donkeys are nothing more than beasts of burden. They are routinely treated with abominable cruelty by local people who do not have the faintest idea of how to treat donkeys, or that they are intelligent creatures who feel pain and suffer just as humans do.

“Our partner, the Arusha Society for Protection of Animals (ASPA), alerted us to a dreadful situation in a remote rural region called Mirongoine. Once a week, Masai tribespeople use donkeys to carry their produce to this market and then load them again to take other goods home, treating them with merciless casual cruelty in the process.

“We immediately sent a team to investigate. What we witnessed confirmed our worst fears and left no doubt that we needed to act … and for that, we need your help.

“On one Saturday, we found more than 1,000 donkeys at the market, all of them massively over-laden, hungry and exhausted. They had been forced to walk from dawn, with no food or water - often walking more than 10 miles. Their haunches are striped with open wounds from poor harnessing, and if they falter on the journey, they are tormented by being whipped on their hind legs. Most of these 1,000 creatures will not have a drop to drink the entire day. Once unloaded, they are tied up in the hot African sun, without food and water, until it is time for them to be overloaded again for the long journey back.

“We watched as four women loaded a donkey with charcoal. It took all four of them to lift a sack. Veterinarian Dr. Frank Alkada, NFA’s David Barritt and I (Gloria Davies) tried to lift one sack and failed. Once the women had loaded the donkey with one brutally heavy sack, they added three more!

“When we explained that this was terribly cruel, they completely failed to understand why we were upset, saying that carrying heavy loads is what donkeys are for!

“These words are not exaggerations - they are the simple ghastly truth. It gets worse… This is not an isolated incident! Shocking abuse of donkeys is commonplace at dozens of rural markets in the area, every week of the year!

“The abuse piled on donkeys might be technically illegal, but no policeman is going to intervene because they do not see it as a crime. Of course, we had to take action.

“We cannot change the treatment of Tanzanian donkeys overnight. What we can do is mitigate suffering, and to do so, we need to be able to count on your generosity.

“The two most pressing needs are shade and water. In summer, temperatures are 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32 Celsius) and the donkeys at the market have nowhere to hide from the scorching heat.

“We promised to provide protected areas where the donkeys can rest in shade. If we can raise just £1,740, we can build a simple shelter with a concrete floor and tin roof that will be a Godsend to 200 donkeys. Even one shelter like this will help donkeys throughout the year, sparing them heat exhaustion and making their suffering a little less extreme. For £2,610, we can also add troughs for water.

“At the moment, there is no water supply to the area, but we hope to deal with that soon. While trucks do deliver water to the market and sell it to people, who fill as many five-gallon plastic tanks as they can and load them on donkeys, in rich irony, because water is expensive, they don’t give any to the donkeys.

“We have discovered an old reservoir in the area and are working to see if we can revive it and pipe water to the market. We will keep you posted on progress.

“A third thing we MUST do is give the numerous injured donkeys medical treatment. We are working with ASPA to have a veterinarian regularly visit the market and give care to as many donkeys as he can. But this means treating several hundred donkeys every week, and that is a challenging task that will require unwavering commitment from our supporters, such as a monthly donation. So, please seriously consider this option when donating today.

“We were horrified by what we saw in this market and have partnered with ASPA to begin work immediately to STOP DONKEY ABUSE in Tanzania.

“It will be a long road, and we depend on animal lovers like you to allow us to do what needs to be done. We will start right with simple measures such as shelter, but as always with NFA, we will be there as long as we possibly can, making life better for animals. Please stand side-by-side with us right now and donate generously to fight for cruelly abused gentle donkeys.

“For the animals,

“Brian and Gloria Davies (and Max and Flora!) ”Founders, Network for Animals

“P.S. Some Masai have a tradition that when a donkey dies after years of abuse, they throw coins in the poor thing’s burial pit to ‘thank’ it for years of service. They never think for one moment how much they caused the poor creature to suffer during those years! We must change this attitude, and we need your help to do so. Please donate if you possibly can, so that together, we can provide shade, water and medical care to make the lives a little better for donkeys every day.”

SOLIDARITY WITH NOVAK DJOKOVIC

Novak Djokovic is undoubtedly the most outstanding male Lawn Tennis player of the 21st century. He has won 23 Grand Slam tournaments, more than any other male player, and is the current All-England, Australian and French men’s singles champion. He is also a proud and patriotic Serb, and in this regard it should never be forgotten that Serbia has been a good and long-standing friend of Britain, having fought on the same side (albeit once in the guise of Yugoslavia) in two World Wars.

Yet in spite of all his achievements Novak Djokovic has recently faced criticism from several quarters in the Lawn Tennis establishment. His “crime”? He wrote “Kosovo is the heart of Serbia. Stop the violence” on a camera lens after winning his third round match in the French Open. Djokovic was right in what he said of course. Kosovo is historically and traditionally part of Serbia. The large Albanian population in that territory today is only due to illegal and unwanted immigration. The violence to which Djokovic refers is that caused by these same Albanian interlopers against the proper and lawful Serbian citizens of Kosovo. The Albanians after all have their own country – it is called Albania! We therefore express our total solidarity not only with Novak Djokovic, but also with all the Serbian people of Kosovo!

THE MAN WHO PLAYED WITH FIRE

Sky TV Documentaries screened a most intriguing mini-series last month entitled “The Man who played with Fire”, about a Swedish journalist’s private investigation into the officially unsolved assassination of the crypto-Communist Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme in 1986. There was however something very unreal about this production. Having firstly dismissed all the most common theories about who assassinated Palme and the motivation, the documentary maker then dismissed out of hand the final official Swedish Police explanation, namely that Palme was shot by a lone Swedish individual who had a personal grudge against him, and that as this loner had since died they had therefore considered the case closed. At one stage it was stated that the documentary makers had wanted to interview someone who they thought might have been connected to the killing, but that he had refused to co-operate with them – but then just a short while later they showed an interview with him! This only added to the bizarre and totally unreliable nature of the production!

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the far-Leftist bias of the Swedish media, the journalistic private investigator’s own explanation was that Palme had been assassinated by operatives working for the (then civilised ruled) South African state security services – with the finger of blame specifically being pointed at Craig Williamson, though the sole “evidence” which was produced to support this theory being that one ultra-Leftist woman asserted that she had seen him in Sweden at the time of the assassination! Now although Craig Williamson had undertaken sterling work for South Africa during the 1980s by infiltrating and spying on a number of quasi-Communist and pro-terrorist international organisations, once he had blown his cover in this regard he revealed himself as being very moderate in his political stance, joining the sell-out National Party and winning a Parliamentary seat for them, then once in Parliament he not only supported de Klerk’s surrender of the country to the ANC terrorists, but also became a firm advocate of homosexual “rights”. Hardly the sort of person therefore who would have been involved in the assassination of a Leftist international leader!

But we do have one more personal experience which could shed more light on who was really behind the assassination of Palme, and its motivation. During the mid/late 1980s this present writer got to know Mr. Ed Thunstrom, a leading Durban attorney and a fellow-member of the Durban Parliamentary Debating Society (the “Durban Parliament”), very well. During a convivial chat following one Parliament session Ed Thunstrom – who was of Swedish ancestry – told me that he had strong information that Palme had been assassinated by Kurdish militants because Palme, who wished to establish stronger links with third-world countries such as Turkey, was taking the Turkish side against the Kurdish terrorists, many of whom had settled in Sweden. Thunstrom seemed very sure of his facts in this regard, and of course this theory is not necessarily in conflict with the official Swedish Police explanation, as the loner who they suspect fired the actual shot could have been a Kurdish sympathiser. Rather than helping to solve the mystery of the assassination of Olof Palme it would seem therefore that the mini-series “The Man who played with Fire” only muddied the waters!

THE WINDRUSH PUBLICITY MACHINE

Hardly a day seems to go by without a reference to “The Windrush Generation” being made in the mainstream media. This term is derived from the name of the ship HMT Empire Windrush (a German built and owned ship originally actually) which in 1948 brought the first and largest contingent of Negroes from the West Indies to settle in the UK. So how many Negroes did the HMT Empire Windrush bring to Britain in 1948, the one and only such voyage which she ever made? There were a total number of 1027 passengers on board (plus 2 stowaways!), of whom only 802 were from the Caribbean, with only 693 intending to settle in the UK! So it was upon this relatively small number of immigrants that the egalitarians have based their ridiculous assertions – even as early as the 1960s – that Britain had somehow become a “multi-racial society”! It seems therefore that it is not only in the early 21st century that the actual numbers of non-Whites resident in Britain have been wildly exaggerated by the egalitarians for their own nefarious reasons, but also in the past! The aim today therefore must not only be to repatriate all those who comprised “The Windrush Generation” and their descendents back to their home countries, but also to correct the history books to show that Britain has never been a truly a “multi-racial society”!

WHERE ARE THEY NOW ?

No.295: Mr. JEFF BONIFACE of Surrey

Jeff Boniface, who was born in Surrey, was a keen motor-cyclist and globe-trotter. He made contact with “The Roper Set” (see The Imperial Patriot No.40) when he reached Durban in his travels during the late 1970s, and as well as proving a popular “member” of this social circle he also took a keen interest in the work of the Save Rhodesia Campaign. He moved on from South Africa in the early 1980s (it is believed to Australia), but he was re-met completely by chance at the Rochester Sweeps Festival during the early 1990s. Unfortunately contact was not maintained, but it would be most interesting to learn where he is now.

LETTERS TO THE EDITOR

LICENCED TO STEAL

Sir,

I watched the short discussion this morning on the BBC licence fee. I wish to make my views known that the Licence Fee MUST be abolished ASAP for the following reasons:

1 WHAT IS WRONG ABOUT MAKING THE PEOPLE WHO WATCH THE BBC, PAY FOR IT? The BBC must be funded by a pay as you go system. I am totally opposed to having to pay for a system that I never watch!

2 The BBC is totally unreal with its salaries. No commercially run organisation would pay Gary Lineker over £1.5 million for the small amount of work he does.

3 The BBC is totally biased left-wing.

4 The BBC was, and still is, totally biased in favour of the EU.

5 The BBC MANUFACTURED news items in favour of the UK adopting the euro.

6 The BBC has a legal obligation to be impartial. It has and still is breaking the law, as it is promoting its own agendas.

7 I DO NOT believe that the government, OR ANYBODY ELSE, has the right to make me pay an organisation my money when I know, and they know that it is going to be used for illegal purposes.

Yours etc.,

Jerry Wraith, Salisbury, Wiltshire, U.K.

THE BRITISH DIASPORA

Sir,

The UK, the British Empire, sent UK Whites to many colonies world-wide but did nothing to help them or their off-spring return when the UK gave the colonies to the savages. Why did the UK send them out into the Empire in the millions to help make the UK wealthy? Just in Pakistan 30 thousand White Brits were left behind and doomed. I met one of them in Bristol 40 years ago. She was blonde, blue-eyed, aged 43, sounded British - but stuck with a Paki passport, trying to avoid being sent back there. The British state today needs to help full-blooded Whites from all the ex-colonies return if they ask to be helped. We are being overrun with K*****s and Asian and African Muslims!

Dr Arthur Tester from Broadstairs, Kent, his 6 children and wife were left in Romania in 1944. The UK state did nothing to help them back to the UK in 10 years. The behaviour of the UK Foreign Office is beyond disgusting even in 2022. They do not lift a finger to help people claim or prove UK citizenship. They would rather organise another 1000 shiploads of illiterate Muslim fundamentalists into UK plus extended family, then give them a UK passport. Might I add at cost to the UK tax-payer. It’s high time the children of ex-UK colonies - the long lost Brits - were given a welcome back to UK soil.

Yours etc.,

Richard Windsor, Kent, U.K.

MORE OF THE SAME

Sir,

Thank you for the January Edition of the SCN. An enjoyable read. It is nice to be reminded how many reasonable people share my own views on the Covid debacle.. And what a lovely gesture towards Mr. Peter Willers.

I look forward to the next edition.

Hayley de Ronde, Bedfordshire, U.K.

JUDGEMENT DAY

Sir,

There is a wealth of information on www.infowars.com which discusses the contents of your editorial in the January 2023 Edition of the SCN. Clearly plenty of evidence now that the so-called vaccine is doing more harm than the virus. Judgement day is coming for the likes of Dr Anthony Fauci and the lunatics at the the 2023 Davos WEF Conference.

The hoax did not fool me and I am an anti-vaxxer. I contracted Covid twice in the last 2 years. No worse than flu but with the added symptom of bronchial issues. My body was like a phlegm producing factory - not nice. All told lasted about 2 to 3 weeks each time.

I look forward to the perpetrators of this farce being brought to book. Especially by those business owners who suffered serious losses

Yours etc.,

“Majuba”, Hertfordshire, U.K.

OBITUARY

SILVIO BERLUSCONI

Silvio Berlusconi, who died earlier this month aged 86, was Prime Minister of Italy on three occasions – but it as the person who revolutionised Italian (and indeed European) politics that he will be best remembered.

Born into a modest family in the Milan area, his first job was as a crooner on cruise ships, but his natural entrepreneurial skills became apparent when he ventured into construction and property development, whereby through a number of astute deals he made himself a millionaire at a very young age. He then turned his attention to building up a media empire, particularly by establishing a rival television network to the state-owned RAI channels. His network proved highly popular, particularly shows featuring young dancing girls and topless game shows, and as a result his television empire totally eclipsed RAI and formed a virtual monopoly.

Berlusconi was also a great soccer enthusiast, becoming the owner of A.C.Milan. After financial pressures forced him to sell the club in 2017 he bought lowly AC Monza in its place, and almost immediately turned its fortunes around.

When Berlusconi turned his attentions to politics in 1993 his passion for soccer proved a great help. He named his party Forza Italia after the Italian national team’s chant, and the party’s theme song was also influenced by club tunes. Forza Italia emerged victorious at the fist Italian General Election which it fought in 1994, with Berlusconi becoming Prime Minister. In all he held this office three times, 1994-1995, 2001-2006 and 2008-2011. His political stance has often been described as “Popularist”, but this is actually a meaningless term, and his ideological positions can best be described as patriotic, right-of-centre, anti-Communist and pro-the entrepreneurial spirit. Alas because of the vagueries of the Italian electoral system all of his administrations had to be coalitions involving parties of the centre-right (and even more annoyingly some confused “splittist” parties), and as a result he was constantly hamstrung in carrying out the full Forza Italia manifesto. He was not able to free Italy from the hated European Union (though he did prove a constant thorn in the side of the EU bureaucrats!) and his efforts to halt the flood of illegal immigrants swarming across the Mediterranean to Italian shores were stymied by the power and influence of both the egalitarian Roman Catholic Church and by the liberal Italian judiciary.

Silvio Berlusconi had many detractors of course. He was constantly accused of corruption (a not uncommon occurrence in Italian politics!), though only a few of the charges leveled again him “stuck”, with these only being of a minor nature in comparison to those committed by other Italian leaders of all political persuasions over the decades! He was also accused of various sexual transgressions, but as an unapologetic warm-blooded heterosexual these criticisms only increased his popularity with the vast majority of the Italian people. His most famous and praiseworthy quote was “Better to like beautiful girls than to be gay (i.e. homosexual)” – a comment which really upset the trendy international liberal establishment! He was also heavily criticised by the same boring members of the “politically correct” brigade for the “Bunga Bunga” parties which he held at his palatial Villa San Martino home. These parties sounded great fun, and it can only be presumed that the “woke” brigade criticised them out of jealousy!

Silvio Berlusconi was married and divorced twice, and had a total of five children. He also leaves his political successor, Giorgia Meloni, the current Italian Prime Minister who won the 2022 Italian General Election in coalition with Forza Italia. We wish all of them well.

We have also been devastated to learn of the recent death of the great friend of our movement from Tasmania in Australia, Reg Watson. A full obituary to him will be appearing in next month’s SCN.
