August 2024 Edition
Ever since the Attlee Labour Government of 1945/51 allowed large numbers of West Indians to settle in the UK (the so-called “Windrush Generation”) there has been much tension between these immigrants and the British host population, with many resulting acts of violent aggression. When the successive Wilson/Heath Governments exasperated the situation by allowing even more numbers of ethnic aliens – in this case mainly southern Asians – also to settle in the country this predictably only led to even more conflict.
The strangest and indeed most inexplicable factor about this radical change in society has been how little forthright opposition there has been to it. To be sure a number of anti-immigration organisations and political parties sprung up from the late 1960s onwards, but their support and impact constantly proved to be far lower than might reasonably have been expected – even after the Wilson and subsequent Major and Blair regimes introduced draconian restrictions against expressions of opposition to the immigrant invasion (“racism” as it was crudely termed), a blatant curtailment of free speech which in any other context would have been fiercely opposed by practically all wings of the political spectrum.
So why was there so little effective opposition to this unacceptable situation? We would argue that there have been two main reasons: firstly it is as a result of centuries of egalitarian propaganda – perhaps more accurately referred to as brainwashing – and secondly it has been because of a knee-jerk over-the-top reaction to the excesses of nationalism in Europe during the 1930s and 40s.
Even after increasing demonic attacks on the indigenous British people such as the 7/7 bombings of 2005, the satanic murder of Fusilier Lee Rigby in 2013 and the Manchester Arena atrocity of 2017 – all outrages committed by immigrant or immigrant-descended terrorists – there seemed to be no meaningful uprises of anger. Now however, following the recent savage attempted murder of Lt.Col. Mark Teeton in Gillingham, the attacks on Police Officers at Manchester Airport and most significantly of all the evil murders of three young girls at Southport – all hellish actions committed by ethnic aliens – the British people at last seem to have had enough, with protest uprisings first taking place in Southport itself and then in towns and cities throughout the United Kingdom. Such protests are surely understandable in view of the satanic nature of the murder of innocents which triggered them – but to certain sick sections of contemporary society this has not been the view, with those wedded to the pernicious cult of egalitarianism choosing to condemn those who have been venting their anger at those who have committed these atrocities, rather than condemning the evil perpetrators themselves.
Most notable among those choosing to be on the wrong side has been the new UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, who has been outspoken in his criticism of those expressing their justifiable anger. Sir Keir entered Downing Street just a few weeks ago with much goodwill, even among those who did not support him. Now he has already totally squandered this advantage by his one-sided comments. Had he prefaced his criticisms of the protestors by saying something like “Everybody was shocked by the savage murders of those three young innocents in Southport, and we can understand the natural anger of those who have been expressing their outrage, but they should conduct their protests in a peaceful manner …… ” then he wouldn’t have gained the odium of such a massive number of British people. As it has turned out, however, he looks like being condemned by history in the same manner as Attlee, Wilson, Heath, Major and Blair, who all also favoured the alien immigrants rather than with their own people. Two-tier Keir indeed!
Now at last, after almost 80 years of near passivity, the string of recent savage murders and atrocities committed by ethnic aliens has produced the long-anticipated backlash. Two-tier-Keir and his chums in the judiciary other authorities now have a vital choice to make. They can either continue with their favouritism towards the immigrants and their descendants which will undoubtedly cause even greater and ever more vicious unrest, or they can start to reverse all the errors made by their predecessors over the past almost 80 years, and thus make the country safe for ordinary British citizens once again. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

SPRINGBOK CLUB NEWS
Pre-occupation with the Paris Olympics and Paralympics has meant that the Springbok Club will not be holding any formal event in August, but it is still hoped to hold an informal gathering during the next few weeks in order to stage a re-showing of the PowerPoint presentation about the early life of Frederick Courtney Selous. In September the Springbok Club will be honouring its pledge to Peter Sladden by maintaining the “Raising of the Flag” celebration, which this year will be held in Surrey at an event which will combine this celebration with the second part of the trilogy of visits to sites associated with Frederick Courtney Selous. In October the Springbok Club will be welcoming back Mr. Geoff Hill, the Africa correspondent of The Washington Times and The Spectator, who gave the organisation such an enthralling and informative talk about the then forthcoming four important General Elections taking place in Southern Africa in April, who will be giving a report-back on the outcomes and resulting implications of these elections. In November the Springbok Club will be holding its annual UDI Day buffet-meeting, at which a prominent ex-Rhodesian will be the guest speaker. The precise details of all these events will of course be announced in future editions of the SCN as soon as finalised.

MESSAGE FROM THE ANIMAL SURVIVAL INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION
We have recently received the following very worrying report from the Animal Survival International organisation concerning the plight of pangolins in Nigeria. It reads as follows:-
“A little while ago, we appealed to you for help in purchasing critically-needed milk formula for eight infant pangolins in Nigeria. Today, we really need your help once again.
“Our partner in Nigeria, Pangolins International, has 15 fragile pangopups all rescued from the horrific illegal trade. They must have special milk formula to survive – please will you help us save their lives?
“Pangolins are relentlessly poached from the wild because they are eaten as a delicacy in Asian countries, including Vietnam and China, and their scales are used in baseless ‘traditional’ medicines. Often they are strung up, alive, in illegal meat markets and advertised for purchase.
“Juvenile pangolins - known as pangopups - are generally of no “use”, so they are ripped from their mothers and discarded, either in the wild or quite literally in rubbish bins. They will be at most a few months old - and have no chance of survival without help. Our partner, Pangolins International (PI), helps to rescue, rehabilitate and release into safe, protected areas. They urgently need our help right now, because pangolins are so endangered that every life saved will lessen the chance of extinction.
“Pangolins are the most trafficked animal in the world. The illegal wildlife trade is annihilating their populations. All species are highly endangered and at least three are thought to be critically endangered. We cannot let another wild animal go extinct - please help now.
“With our help, PI and its partners have been caring for eight young pangolins, now they need our help with an additional seven. These 15 rescued, traumatized pangolins, between five and nine months of age, need a special milk formula to survive. It is the closest substitute to their mothers’ milk and is the only nutrition that can help ensure their survival. Pangolins are believed to stay with their mothers for anything from four to eight months.
“You already helped us feed and nurture the first eight. Will you please help us rush urgently-needed milk formula to the additional seven pups?
“Every Pangolin life lost is accelerating the species towards extinction. Some species are already at risk of going extinct in as little as ten years.
“The 15 pangopups urgently need our ongoing support, and the specialized milk is critical to their survival - it can be the difference between life and death.
“Pangolins are extremely sensitive creatures, notorious for being difficult to care for and keep alive outside their natural environments. Many of the pangolins rescued by PI and its partners are either injured, malnourished or dehydrated, and they can easily succumb to the effects of stress and trauma if they do not receive expert care and regular monitoring with a carefully planned feeding schedule.
“PI also cares for other injured, orphaned mammals caught in snares - barbaric traps laid out to catch ‘anything that moves’ - including genets (catlike carnivores), civets (small, mostly nocturnal mammals), monkeys, and pottos (nocturnal tree-dwelling primates). All of these rescued creatures rely on the same milk formula to survive, grow strong, and ultimately be released into protected reserves.
“If we can raise $6,000 (roughly £4,700), we can keep feeding the pangolins and other small mammals and, the more we raise, the longer we can support their recovery.
“So please donate as much as you possibly can right now, and help us give hope to a species under terrible pressure from poaching. Together, we have the power to make a difference.

THE 2024 PARIS OLYMPIC GAMES
There was almost universal great hope and expectation as this year’s Paris Olympic Games approached. After the near “non-event” at Tokyo in 2020/21 it was anticipated that Paris 2024 would continue the earlier fine achievements of London 2012 and Rio 2016. In many ways Paris 2024 did prove to be a success, but alas several failures and disasters overshadowed all the positive aspects.
Rather like at London 2012 the Opening Ceremony proved to be a ‘curate’s egg’ – only far more so. The idea of holding it on the banks of the Seine with the national squads appearing in boats floating down the river instead of in a stadium was a novel and spectacular idea, and the renditions of several Edith Piaf classic numbers added spice to the French flavour – but why were American singers the headline performers at the event rather than French stars, and why was an obviously foreign woman chosen to sing La Marseillaise rather than a French lady, something which was bound to upset all French patriots! The most controversial part of the Opening Ceremony, however, proved to be an item believed to be performed by a group of homosexuals which parodied the Christian “Last Supper”. We don’t believe that this was so much sacrilegious however, as just plain silly!
The sports competitions themselves produced many outstanding performances of course, most notably by France’s Leon Marchand in the swimming pool, Harrie Levreysen of the Netherlands and Ellesse Andrews of New Zealand in the velodrome, the Fox sisters of Australia in Canoeing and Britain’s Keely Hodgkinson in the Women’s 800 Metres.
Alas however many of the sporting events were marred by mishaps and disasters. The bell was sounded incorrectly during at least two Track Cycling events and weeds in the water unfairly affected some competitors in both the Rowing and Canoeing events. The inclusion of “break-dancing” as a “sport” of course made Paris 2024 a laughing-stock, but a far more serious act of stupidity was the allowing of two men to compete as women in Boxing – one of whom caused a real woman competitor a bad injury and was then perversely awarded a Gold Medal. Alas Paris 2024 is far more likely to be remembered for these controversies rather than for the outstanding achievements in the various arenas.

THE END FOR THE B.B.C. DRAWS CLOSER
Edition No.42 of The Imperial Patriot carried a front-page article entitled “The End for the B.B.C.” which argued that the infamous 1995 BBC interview with Diana, Princess of Wales, when coupled to the fact that the so-called “British” Broadcasting Corporation seemed intent upon employing ethnic aliens rather than British staff, meant that its days were surely numbered – certainly as far as the Licence Fee was concerned.
Since then the BBC’s problems have only increased, not only because of heightened criticisms of the Corporation’s clear left-wing political bias and continuing over-representation of non-Whites on the screen, but also because of the vile antics of the sexual perverts who they continue to employ. One would have thought that after all the embarrassment caused by their long-standing employment of the sexual predator Sir Jimmy Savile they would be very careful about employing such weirdoes again – but no, as the recent revelations about the disgusting proclivities of Huw Edward have confirmed! The day must therefore be rapidly approaching when the Licence Fee is finally abolished and the BBC reverts to being the British Broadcasting Company, where their employees will be overwhelmingly White and heterosexual – thus reflecting the vast majority of the British population!

WHERE ARE THEY NOW ?
No.309: Mr. ALAN de la MOTTE of Durban.
Alan de la Motte (his Christian name may have been spelt Alain) was of Portuguese ancestry and attended Save Rhodesia Campaign meetings in Durban during the early days of the organisation in 1977/78. He was a relatively young man at the time, and surprisingly well-read for his age. Unfortunately contact with him was lost very shortly after it was first made, and not much was learnt about his location and background – except that he was no relation to Bob de la Motte, the prominent Comrades Marathon runner of the era! It would however be very interesting to learn whether anyone knows anything more about him?

LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
THE 40 BILLION CANADIAN DOLLAR QUESTION
Sir,
I have just started dealing with a new department of government here in Vancouver. A swift and comprehensive reply to my inquiry from, let’s call her Mary Smith. Not so long ago the letter would have been signed by Mary Smith (Mrs) or Mary Smith (Mz) or Mary Smith (Ms) but this was signed Mary Smith (She. Her). A GREAT deal of time and resources here are devoted to advising children on their choice of gender. All kinds of other resources and new laws created to support people who have to make their choice and to the rest of us who must obey the new laws. Not sure if teachers have any time left to teach the three R's, the basics and how our health service, with its massive waiting lists and problems, copes.
Last week I was given a lecture by a lady/local councillor about Brexit ( following a referendum the UK left the European Union in 2016). She raised the subject just before a keep fit class. She told me that "The Queen had insisted that the UK leave the EU and that this was a mistake because of the EU's military strength. I asked where her information had come from. "From the CBC" (Canada's clone of the BBC). I mentioned that I had been involved with this subject since the 1960's. I travelled around what is now the EU for my London company. The UK's first applications for membership were vetoed by Charles De Gaulle as "The UK is too close to the US". They did gain membership in 1973 however the costs and consequences were so severe that they had a referendum on whether or not to remain members in 1975. The public were lied to (not my opinion, all of the speeches from Heath, Owen, Steele and Williams a matter of record) and they voted to remain. Over the years various new EU Treaties (Maastricht, Paris, Dublin, Amsterdam, Lisbon etc) and the expansion of the EU to 27 countries, its parliament and Commission, had major impacts on the UK's sovereignty, over its laws/financial contributions/agriculture/fisheries/free movement of people etc. Opposition to membership grew not only amongst the public but within the ruling political party. She was not interested in the history of the EEC/EU. She has not spoken to me since that one-sided conversation.
Another lecture this week from an ex-local school Principal. A local celebrity. He told me how AI would benefit the "Third World". I asked him if he could be more specific. "It will help their agriculture". How exactly? After all, the "Third World" countries that I've worked in have an excess of basic labour. He said that "I got a report from The Bill Gates Foundation".
Just examples of people of very fixed opinions who have no experience of the subject and who take at face value what they hear in the media. In the UK around 8 councils (probably more now) have been taken into bankruptcy by such people. "We must invest in this planned solar farm, we must invest in building social housing, we must provide affordable energy" and so on.
Here in Canada our federal government now spends around $C40 Billion per annum on servicing its debts. My Province of British Columbia has over $C100 billion of debt. The province of Ontario was spending more on servicing its debts than on social services. The four levels of government here that I must help sustain are all increasing their taxes by above inflation levels.
Meanwhile Canada’s, and for that matter the UK's, population has grown/will continue to grow by up to around 1 million each year.
What is it that I am missing?

Try to find the facts with your own eyes. Lots of people on both sides are now in prison. They crossed the line by punching and kicking. Idiots throwing bricks is evidence on camera. Freedom of speech is on trial. All those “anti” people will help find the truth. Throwing paint over Churchill’s statue just exposed them all. “Hope not Hate” will be found out.

PARTY PLANS
Sir,
It is evident that the UK has always been governed by treacherous and treasonous political parties since the early 1970’s when the Conservative Party, under its treacherous leader and PM, Ted Heath, took us into the then EEC. In doing so he made a deliberate and bald-faced lie that the UK sovereignty would not be affected. The fact that we still have over 4,000 laws imposed upon us by the EEC/EU demonstrates what an outrageous liar he was!
In addition, it is clear that since that time, the Conservative, Labour and Lib Dem parties all supported the UK’s membership of the EU. Although they were all voted for on their election manifestos, their REAL agenda, (never referred to in their election manifestos) was to comply with the main aims of the EU which were as follows:
a) The abolition of the UK as a sovereign nation state. (Treasonable?)
b) The abolition of England as a nation. (Treasonable?)
c) The abolition of cash and the £ sterling in favour of a global currency.
d) The abolition of The Monarchy as our Head of State, to be replaced by an unknown and unelected foreigner. (Treason)
e) The abolition of the “Mother of Parliaments” in Westminster in favour of a central government.
f) The creation of a global defence force.
g) The elimination of borders allowing unrestricted movement between all areas (i.e. one country mentality).
h) The reduction of the earth’s population by billions of people.
i) The re-distribution of wealth from the richer countries to the poorer countries.
Hence, all the parties were allegedly seriously misleading the public as to their real intentions when they got into power. This was possibly unlawful, and definitely totally unacceptable, particularly as they made a religion of deceiving and lying to the public for over 50 years as to their true intentions. Furthermore, it is staggering that despite thousands of MP’s being elected into parliament over the last 50 years or so NOT ONE had the public spirit to warn the public of the deceit being put over them. The closest one ever came to it was the ex Conservative Chancellor, Kenneth Clarke, who said "I look forward to the day when the Westminster Parliament is just a council chamber in Europe..." Yet thousands of voters in his Rushcliffe constituency voted for him to go into the parliament he was so keen to see emasculated in favour of the EU. So much for common sense by the voters in Rushcliffe!
It is also clear that the main aims of the EU were and still are to comply with the proposals by the Club of Rome. The fact that the EEC/EU was set up by the Treaty of Rome is probably significant and not a coincidence.
Hence, it is absolutely imperative that the Conservative, Labour, Lib Dem, (and now the SDP and Green) parties NEVER, NEVER, NEVER get to run the country again, as they will persevere to achieve the objectives outlined above. Indeed, the Lib Dems are openly campaigning on the policy of re-joining the EU. The Labour Party is openly campaigning on the policy of closer ties with the EU. And the Conservative Party, has dropped abolishing the debilitating EU laws imposed upon the UK which must be costing our economy around £200 billion to comply with. In addition, Sunak made David Cameron a Lord and added him to his cabinet as Foreign Secretary! David Cameron is an arch EU fanatic and allegedly comprehensively lied about the supposed disbenefit’s of leaving the EU during the referendum campaign.
The ONLY solution rests with the voters. They must be made to realise that voting for the main parties is prolonging the alleged lies, deceit, corruption and nepotism of the last 50 years. They must therefore vote for ReformUK or a combined party of like-minded parties.

COLENBRANDER’S BOYS
Gerry Colenbrander featured in the “Where are they now?” section of the June 2020 Edition of the SCN, where we wrote about him as follows :-
“Gerry Colenbrander was briefly mentioned in the April 2020 Edition of the SCN as one of ‘Mad Mike’ Hoare’s Congo mercenaries. He lived in Durban North and was very active in the patriotic movement in Durban during the late 1970s, being a keen supporter of the Save Rhodesia Campaign and once even paying out of his own pocket for Jaap Marais to travel down to the city to address a meeting prior to the HNP being formally established in southern Natal. Gerry Colenbrander never hid his earlier involvement as a Congo mercenary, though neither did he dwell upon it. Mysteriously, however, he completely disappeared from the scene during the 1980s after the HNP had been officially constituted in Durban and the patriotic movement in the city really started to make headway. Invitations to meetings sent to him were never returned however, thus indicating that he hadn’t died, but puzzlingly he never turned up at any of the events which he had been notified about. It would be very interesting to learn not only where he is now, but also what caused him to drop out from all activism during the 1980s.”
Unfortunately we never received any response to this request for information about him – but more recently we’ve come across an account of a mercenary unit known as “Colenbrander’s Boys” (or more fully “Colenbrander’s Cape Boys”) which operated as a military arm of the British South African Company during the early days of Rhodesia, and then subsequently served as a unit in the Anglo-Boer War. It was evidently led by a trader and frontiersman named Johan Wilhelm Colenbrander who had been born at Pinetown, Natal, in 1855. Colenbrander of course is not a very common surname, so with the Natal connection and the fact that they were both involved in military adventures, we therefore wonder whether Gerry Colenbrander was in any way related to Johan Wilhelm Colenbrander? Needless to say, if anybody could provide any further information we’d be very keen to learn about it.
