LONDON SWINTON CIRCLE MEETING
Unfortunately a mistake was made concerning the date of next week's London Swinton Circle meeting in the LSC newsletter which was recently circulated. We would therefore like to confirm that this meeting will definitely be taking place on MONDAY 2nd July. Once again the full details are as follows :-
Date : Monday 2nd July 2007
Time : 19.00 hrs
Venue : No.1 Parliament Street (one block away from the Houses of Parliament in the direction of Whitehall - nearest underground station : Westminster).
Guest Speaker : Mr. Philip Davies MP (Conservative, Shipley). As well as being a highly-respected MP and prominent member of the EuroSceptic "Better Off Out" group, Mr. Davies is also an astute racehorse owner, whose horse Osolomio won at Ripon a couple of weeks ago.

SPRINGBOK CLUB RHODES & FOUNDERS BUFFET
The date of this year's annual Springbok Club's Rhodes & Founders Day celebration buffet has now been finalised for Friday 27th July 2007, and will take place in central London. The Guest of Honour at this event will be Mr. Albert Weidemann, the eminent Zimbabwe human rights activist.
