We started the April 2020 Edition of the SCN by saying “Over the past month the entire world seems to have gone mad”. Alas since that date the madness inflicting the entire planet – or practically the entire planet – has not diminished in any way, but has actually become far worse, and even more frighteningly there have now emerged two parallel branches of madness poisoning the world. In his great and heroic speech of April 1968 Enoch Powell reminded everyone of the ancient Greek saying “Those whom the Gods would destroy they first make mad”. The past four months would therefore seem to indicate that the Gods have despaired so much of the state of the world that they have decided that it would be best if it was to be destroyed completely.
The first madness of course has been the continuing hysteria and over-reaction towards the Covid-19 virus – or as we prefer more accurately to describe it, Wuhan Flu. In spite of all the increasing evidence that the extent and severity of this virus is nowhere near as catastrophic as the medicrats would have us believe, in spite of all the increasing evidence that the infection-rate per capita is no higher in countries such as Sweden and Belarus which did not enforce any “lockdown” than in those unfortunate counties which did, and in spite of all the evidence that the “lockdown” lunacy has ruined national economies for generations to come and has caused far more deaths from causes such as suicide, domestic violence and anger-induced high blood pressure than those which it has allegedly saved, the medicrat gauleiters around the world have continued to enforce their draconian rules restricting so many of our rights and freedoms.
But as we’ve said before, it is not the medicrats themselves or the simpleton politicians who are enthralled by them who we reserve our greatest contempt for, but rather the sheep-like people – now accurately termed by many as “sheeple” – who dutifully obey all their ridiculous dictates such as staying 2 metres (please, if they mean 6 feet then for goodness sake say 6 feet!) away from our fellow human-beings, only allowing a certain number of people into shops at a time, and now even insisting that everyone wear idiotic facemasks to look like Muslim women when boarding public transport! Tony Blair is not a person who we quote often, but his observation that the whole purpose of the “lockdown” campaign was to terrify everyone into obeying was undoubtedly correct.
The second madness is however, if anything, even more frightening. This involves the astonishing international growth of the so-called “Black Lives Matter” protest movement, which originated in the United States. Let’s get real here. This movement only began because an overweight crook was caught red-handed by Police in Minneapolis passing on forged banknotes, and then died whilst trying to resist arrest. In any decent and civilised society everyone would fully support the police in maintaining the law of course, but not it appears in today’s sick international societies. The criminal involved was Black of course, and for the past half-century there has been no more pampered and privileged section of US society than the Negroes – yet still they don’t seem satisfied. If it was only Blacks causing the subsequent riots, destruction and looting it would not be so bad of course, as it would simply be viewed as the Negro race reverting to type – but no, the most alarming aspect of the resulting international bandwagons has been the high number of self-hating Whites who have supported the insurrectionists. Yes, the Gods would certainly seem to want to destroy us!
But what has happened subsequently around the world has been even more demonic. Although not connected in any way to the death of the Black criminal in Minneapolis, the insurrectionists around the world have started to attack and destroy statues and memorials to our great patriotic heroes of the past - those who have helped to create our advanced civilised world of today. In the United States itself statues to Christopher Columbus (who re-discovered the American continent and thereby enabled Western civilisation to spread there) and Jefferson Davies (a hero figure in the Southern States, who fought to maintain States’ rights) have been torn down. In Britain statues to Edward Colston (a merchant venturer described as “a wise and virtuous man” who brought great prosperity to Britain by expanding Atlantic trade, and who proved a fantastic philanthropist in his native Bristol by bequeathing all his wealth to establish schools, hospitals and almshouses in the city), Robert Milligan (who was the driving force behind the foundation of London’s West India Docks, which of course brought further great wealth to Britain), Thomas Guy (a philanthropist who founded Guy’s Hospital) and Robert Baden-Powell (who founded the Boy Scouts movement) have all been attacked (though happily the statue to Robert Baden-Powell still stands). Even in Belgium the statue to their great King Leopold II (who using his own money opened up the whole of the Congo Basin in central Africa to the benefits of Western rule) has now been removed. Make no bones about it, these latest actions by the insurrectionist vermin have nothing to do with “Black Lives Matter” – THEY ARE A DECLARATION OF WAR ON OUR ENTIRE WESTERN CIVILISATION!
We are not conspiracy theorists, and at first view there seems to be no connection between these two manifestations of current madness. When examined more closely, however, there does appear to be strong circumstantial evidence that the two attacks upon our liberties and well-being are linked. There is growing evidence that the international insurrections were all pre-planned, and planned long before the Black criminal was killed in Minneapolis. Furthermore it is obvious that the Blacks could not have organised such criminality on a global-scale themselves, and that other far more sinister forces have been at work – sinister forces that can only be described as pure evil. These forces, who would seem to be fanatical supporters of egalitarian socialism, have perhaps simply been biding their time until some form of global crisis came about which would entail the complete “lockdown” of society so that no meaningful resistance to their diabolical plans could be organised. It is not outside the bounds of possibility therefore that the whole scare-story about a new strain of flu virus mutating which was so deadly that it warranted the total “lockdown” of Western societies was invented by these same sinister forces.
There have been a number of brave and praiseworthy campaigns initiated on social media and web-sites constructed on the Internet highlighting both the non-necessity of all the “lockdown” restrictions and the sinister nature of those behind the “Black Lives Matter” campaign (who President Trump has accurately identified as domestic terrorists), but alas such resistance in the cyber-world is not sufficient. What is needed is a true fight-back in the real world. There must be a campaign of mass defiance against all the draconian “lockdown” restrictions, and the domestic terrorists must be physically confronted. More fundamentally, however, all those weak (to use a charitable term) governments and authorities around the world who have imposed all the unjustifiable “lockdown” rules and have failed to stand up to all the evil attackers of our culture and heritage must be driven from power and – as in 1940 - replaced by new rulers who have the courage and backbone to abolish all “lockdown” regulations IMMEDIATELY, to arrest and then repatriate all those rioting, vandalising and looting in our streets – and to re-consecrate all the statues to our great heroes of the past!
If we don’t liberate ourselves from these two terrible evils and madnesses soon then our entire Western Civilisation will be destroyed, just as the Greek soothsayer predicted the Gods would do all those centuries ago – and what’s more they will be right in so doing!

Of course all the continuing “lockdown” madness has meant that the Springbok Club has again been unable to stage any activities during the last month, and sickeningly the proposed new ruling that no-one can use public transport unless dressed like a Muslim woman means that no further activities can be expected in the immediate future. There was however one very important and maybe pivotal development for the organisation last month. PATRIOTIC FORUM NEWS
The same problems which have befallen the Springbok Club also of course affect the Patriotic Forum, and look as if they are going to get worse before they can get better. As we’ve said before, we are not conspiracy theorists, but we cannot help wondering whether one of the reasons why all the draconian “lockdown” regulations were imposed – especially regarding restrictions on the use of public transport – was in order to curtail the activities of patriotic organisations such as the Patriotic Forum, who were becoming increasingly critical of the current British government.
As no “live” activities can take place in the foreseeable future it is therefore more important than ever that we concentrate on the “written word”, and therefore spread the patriotic message by this means. Our Patriotic Forum Circulation Service will therefore be expanded on the Internet, featuring not only re-posted items from like-minded organisations, but also by containing more of our news and comments. More important in the “real world”, however, will be the circulation of hard-copy publications – and in this regard the following section is of great importance.

MESSAGE FROM THE NETWORK FOR ANIMALS
We have recently received the following most disturbing message from the Network for Animals organisation :-
“A few weeks ago, in the poverty-stricken community of Bela Bela in South Africa, we encountered an act of such terrible cruelty it makes us shudder to think of it. A monster had hacked off a donkey’s legs, leaving it in ghastly pain to drag itself on bloody stumps to a lingering death.
“Imagine the pain the poor creature suffered! Your support is desperately needed so we can continue to help the innocent donkeys of Bela Bela!
“When we investigated, we found an entire community of donkey abuse. Bela Bela is so poor that people can barely feed themselves. Most animals must scavenge to survive, and donkeys are literally worked to death.
“Donkeys are used for transport. Grazing is scarce in the area and people can’t afford food, so the donkeys slowly starve, enduring lives of pain and hardship until death claims them. The people blame unemployment and have no idea how to solve the problem.
“But it’s more than this. Many people in Bela Bela see animals as objects, not sentient creatures who feel pain and know fear. Donkeys are throw-away items. Owners work them until they drop and then they get a new one.
“It’s a vicious cycle of work, neglect, cruelty and death. There’s no way we can stand by knowing this is happening. We promised to help, and with your support, we will.
“We are immediately providing emergency food relief for the poor creatures and teaching people basic animal care - explaining that regular food and water is vital to keep a donkey alive.
“So many of the donkeys are in heart-breaking condition, An injured donkey almost died in front of us. We saved her.
“While our team was in Bela Bela, we found a shivering, badly injured donkey. Her owner had completely neglected her, and she was in terrible condition.
“We tried to persuade the owner to let us treat the donkey and threatened to call the police if he did not. The donkey owner just laughed. (The sad truth is that the police do nothing about animal cruelty, even though it is against the law.)
“We did what we had to do, what you would have wanted us to do - we bought the donkey and SAVED HER LIFE. We named her Silvia.
“When Silvia arrived at the sanctuary we support, she was immediately treated for her injuries, but something still wasn’t right - she was compulsively neighing. The team noticed her udders were full of milk. Silvia HAD A BABY, and she was calling for it!
“We immediately went back to the owner and bought the baby as well! These two will be well-cared for, thanks to NFA supporters like you.
“Two donkeys saved, so many more to go… We urgently need to provide more food and veterinary care for the poor donkeys in Bela Bela, so please help if you possibly can.
“We estimate that at least 100 donkeys in Bela Bela are in the same terrible situation as Silvia. With your help, we can really improve their lives… hopefully making sure that no other donkey has their legs hacked off. Please, if you possibly can, donate today.

DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR BY SPORTS ADMINISTRATORS
The actions of practically all sports administrators in the Western world of meekly kow-towing to their respective governments’ dictates by suspending all competitions because of the Wuhan Flu outbreaks were acts of pure cowardice – but alas even worse actions have followed.
When Racing was allowed to resume in both France and the UK (behind closed doors alas) their respective Racing authorities ordered all their jockeys to dress up like Muslim women by wearing ridiculous facemasks, which not only made them look stupid but also could prove potentially dangerous. The same ludicrous dress regulations apparently also apply in certain states in the US – yet ironically there has been no such requirement for jockeys in Hong Kong (in a country of course where the Wuhan Flu virus first mutated!) to do the same whilst riding!
There have however been two far more shameful actions taken by sporting authorities in the UK which have been nothing less than acts of cowardly subservience to the evil rioting mob. Firstly the MCC have ordered the removal of portraits of one of their earliest administrators, Benjamin Aislabie, from the pavilion at Lords. Benjamin Aislabie was not only a one-time President of the MCC, but also served as its first secretary, holding this position for some two decades. He was evidently both greatly liked and highly-respected by all who knew him, so the removal of his portraits was therefore a disgusting insult to a great historical figure by his current-day heirs. The Soccer Premiership officials have however gone even further in their surrender to the baying mob, for by all accounts they have ordered players to bear the words “Black Lives Matter” on their shirts for the first few matches of the resumed season (again reprehensibly to be played behind closed doors!). The phrase “Black Lives Matter” is of course the slogan of the anti-White domestic terrorists who have caused so much conflict, destruction and looting around the world over the past few weeks, so to suck-up to these vermin in this way is both obscene and sickening in the extreme!
We therefore call upon all these cowardly and treacherous sporting officials who have behaved in such unspeakable ways to resign immediately, and to hand over to others who have more backbone and decency!

FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE REPORT BY JOHN BROWNE
John Browne, the former Conservative MP for Winchester who spoke at a Patriotic Forum meeting in December of last year, has recently forwarded us the following most informative article which he has written about the financial effects of Brexit :-
BREXIT DIVORCE LIKELY HURTS EU AND AFFECTS U.S.
As Big Ben struck 11.00 pm on January 31, 2020, the United Kingdom broke free of the European Union in a bloodless revolution against global socialism. As such, it was by far the most important event of the 21st Century to date.
The main reason for Brexit’s massive importance is that the EU is the first great experiment by the global élite in the eradication of nations in preparation for world government. The initial central thrust of the EU was to destroy the Anglo-American ‘special relationship’ which lies at the core of international finance and the so-called Western World. Their global sophisticated nuclear deterrents with their separate U.S.-UK decision processes hold at bay major enemies who are left to conduct covert methods of socialist subversion and terrorism. As such, Brexit will affect the lives of millions if not billions of people worldwide, including the United States.
The submission of Article 50 of the European Treaty triggered the UK’s departure. Now, under Article 184 the UK and EU must negotiate a political divorce that, under Article 77, will be termed ‘The Political Document’. It will cover most areas of politics, law, trade and financial arrangements agreed to in the negotiations. Failure to agree likely will lead to a separation more painful to both sides, but separation nonetheless.
According to Eurostat, the 2018 EU population was 512.6 million of which the UK was 66.2 million. With some 446.4 remaining after Brexit in 27 countries, the UK was forecast, by both Prime Ministers Cameron and May’s ‘Project Fear’ to endure massive shortages of food and medical supplies, economic collapse and massive currency debasement. May voted to Remain. Her so-called withdrawal plan rumoured to have been negotiated secretly with Germany and misleadingly entitled Brexit, may have caused economic chaos. However, Parliament discarded May’s poisoned chalice on three occasions leading May to resign in disgrace in favor of Boris Johnson. The net result was the re-election of Johnson with massive party and parliamentary majorities. Boris will be standing up to the EU in which serious strategic weaknesses are becoming manifest.
On February 21, 2020, Bloomberg published an illuminating article titled, “Post-Brexit Budget Impasse Exposes Europe’s Divisions” It described how the EU summit, struggling to finance programs like agriculture, climate change, regional development and immigration is faced now by an $80 billion Brexit shortfall. Apparently, under the rotating presidency of Croatia, the meetings evolved into ill will and squabbling between changing groups over spending.
Stemming from the same Saxon origin and despite having fought each other tooth and nail in two World Wars, the British and Germans have strong mutual respect and affinity. Both believe in minimal government and maximum free trade. Accompanied by Denmark, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands and Sweden they formed the frugal or ‘Northern group’, the economic engine of the EU. With a group vote of some 36.8 percent, they held minority veto power over EU budgets. They were able to block the socialist redistributive spending plans of the majority of Mediterranean and former Soviet member nations, led often by France and known as the ‘Beneficiary Group’.
However, with the departure of the UK, as the second largest EU economy and contributor, the Northern Group’s vote, even if bolstered by Austria and the Baltic states, shrinks to 27.8 percent losing its veto power. This crucial fact points to a fundamental schism and dangerous potential political threat within the EU. Although it could threaten the continued economic and even political viability of the EU and its euro currency, it is overlooked by most observes. However, it will not stray far from the minds of those negotiating the Brexit trade treaty.
Over some 36 of the past 46 months, the EU was seen as the all-powerful Goliath mocking publically the modest UK, David, of less that one eighth its size and led by a timid, unconvinced Prime Minister May. Today, the tables have turned dramatically. The UK is led now by a Brexit believing, Churchillian Prime Minister with almost unprecedented domestic political power and some potentially damaging stones in his sling pouch.
Forecast to collapse post Brexit, the UK economy has the fastest growth and lowest unemployment of the EU major economies with high business confidence and Sterling firm. In addition, rumour has it that vast investment funds are poised discreetly for UK allocation once the final UK/EU Political Document is published. In the streets, little austerity is apparent.
Looking ahead, the UK will be free to negotiate trade deals with all its old trading partners including the U.S., China, Japan, India, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Currently, the EU has agreements only with Japan and a partial one with Canada. Furthermore, the UK will be free, under World Trade Organization free trade rules, to negotiate deals with all individual EU member states. Already, there is a talk of an Anglo-German friendship treaty!
Despite the changed balance, the EU likely will persist in trying to punish the UK severely as a vivid example of the fate awaiting any EU member state which dares even apply to leave, as Nigel Farage described in the EU parliament, “the prison of nations.”
Emboldened by past successes, the EU has opened already in its characteristic bullyboy manner with bellicose media threats, demands for preconditions and time delays. Aware of EU history, Prime Minister Johnson has opened with a ‘time certain’ of December 31,2020 by which an agreement must be reached or there will be none. Round one to Boris.
The second aim of the EU will be to keep the UK in closely aligned “cohesion” with EU standards, rules and practices in order to prepare the ground for a future Socialist Prime Minister to surrender the UK once again to the EU. Likely Johnson is aware of this ploy and will not only resist, but fulfill his current policy of massive spending on poorer areas in the North with the aim of annihilating a Labour Party seen now as having ignored its base supporters.
Now the UK is free, Johnson will find it relatively easy to retain the supremacy of UK Common law; its sophisticated nuclear deterrent, its permanent seat on the UN Security Council; and control over its employment and immigration policies and of its oil fields. Likely it would result in popular uproar if he let slip any of these items central to political independence.
Likely, the EU will try hard to sabotage the London based financial services industry by means of discriminatory taxes and fees. Despite the pre-eminence of London’s financial market with the third largest stock market after Tokyo and New York with whom it shares an umbilical cord of common language, legal system and trading practices, the EU could cause damage. Therefore, Johnson may yield some points on UK fishing grounds and some industrial product standards.
Regardless, if Johnson negotiates a good US-UK trade deal, but is unable to see reasonable UK advantage in the EU negotiations likely he will leave without a deal. Germany, where the far right is gaining ground rapidly, will be dismayed to a degree that may threaten the EU and even the euro, now the world’s second currency. The 27 EU members likely will prosper individually, but a euro collapse would threaten the entire world with a financial catastrophe, involving the U.S. and most developed nations.

DEEPAK LAL – A MAN WHO SHOWED THERE WAS A BETTER ALTERNATIVE
The recent death of Deepak Lal, the famed Indian economist, was of course a very sad event – but his life story also offers a potentially hopeful vision for the future. Unlike the “Black Lives Matter” fanatics who spout nothing but anti-White hatred, Deepak Lal’s life showed how Whites and non-Whites can live in a worldwide relationship of friendship and mutual respect. Let us hope therefore that as the century progresses it is Deepak Lal’s example of co-operation and friendly liaison which triumphs, rather than the thuggish hatred of the “Black Lives Matter” rioters. Gerry Colenbrander was briefly mentioned in the April 2020 Edition of the SCN as one of “Mad Mike” Hoare’s Congo mercenaries. He lived in Durban North and was very active in the patriotic movement in Durban during the late 1970s, being a keen supporter of the Save Rhodesia Campaign and once even paying out of his own pocket for Jaap Marais to travel down to the city to address a meeting prior to the HNP being formally established in southern Natal. Gerry Colenbrander never hid his earlier involvement as a Congo mercenary, though neither did he dwell upon it. Mysteriously, however, he completely disappeared from the scene during the 1980s after the HNP had been officially constituted in Durban and the patriotic movement in the city really started to make headway. Invitations to meetings sent to him were never returned however, thus indicating that he hadn’t died, but puzzlingly he never turned up at any of the events which he had been notified about. It would be very interesting to learn not only where he is now, but also what caused him to drop out from all activism during the 1980s.

Sir,
Thanks once again for your excellent SCN. Re the “Wuhan virus" I am ashamed and embarrassed how my fellow Australians have succumbed so quickly and easy to the police state without a whimper. Democracy is now dead, replaced by a dictatorship which uses Gestapo/KGB tactics as their enforcer. Where are the men to stand up to all this? All this has been achieved by panic and fear. I am not sure if Australia was threatened again in war, whether the WOKE generation would come for the fore and overcome.

DEADLY CONSEQUENCE

Criminals by nature are unlikely to abide by Lockdown if they can profit by it, but we do have a serious problem with the unemployed and poor section of our population whose only apparent alternative is to starve to death.

ANTI-SOCIALISING SOCIALISM

Thanks for the SCN and the info’.
I greatly appreciated your editorial on the Wuhan Virus. In Thailand, we even have Prohibition. Organized crime is now starting to enter in to fill the void, just like in 1920 (U.S.A.). Thailand firmly believes that Prohibition is preventing socialising and keeping deaths low; but there is simply no scientific evidence to back this up.
The harm which is being inflicted upon us civilians by the Medicrats is beyond belief. We have millions of families about to run out of money and Thailand has had an economic contraction of 24% from this madness; the worst in Asia and on a par with the Great Depression. We had breadlines forming until the authorities forced the starving masses to return home; of course with no food to offer them in return. It is just absolutely disgusting; but that's what Socialism does. This is the reality of living in a nation whereupon the State takes over; and I guess that I can only hope that the average person eventually identifies this for what it is and wakes up and revolts. In an authoritarian state, there is no innovation, no opportunity, no hope of change - you are ordered to stay in your lane and accept your fate as the so-called "new normal."
It's just shameful.

OUT OF AFRICA
Sir,
I met Mike Hoare in the Shuter and Shooter Bookshop I was managing in 1977. I had read “Mercenary, the story of Hoare” and being an ex-military officer I was keen to speak to him. We had a chat and he was extremely humble and downplayed his history which I knew to have been incredibly exciting.
A few years earlier while at the Zimbabwe Ruins in Fort Victoria I lost the keys to my Jaguar -.an old classic 5.6 litre for which I had to buy extra fuel coupons just to drive from my Gwelo motel into town and back, a distance of four km. Anyway, while I was searching for my keys I was alerted to the fact that my keys had been found by Spike Milligan. I was over the moon and that night Spike and his sons and I had a few quiet ones [interrupted by fierce laughter from all four of us].
The people you meet in Africa!

ROGUES GALLERY
In the September 2019 Edition of the SCN, in an article entitled “Lunacy in the ‘new’ South Africa”, we recounted the very sad tale about how a long-standing but tragically very naïve supporter still trapped in the “new” South Africa had been “conned” out of his car by a highly dubious acquaintance. We didn’t name either of the two parties involved, but told how the “con-man” in question was using the title of “General”, although subsequent investigations had revealed that his claim to this rank was fake. We also revealed how this character was claiming to have revived the joke AWB outfit, a phoney organisation which during the late 1980s and early 1990s had been established and used by the sell-out NP government in order to divide and discredit genuine White resistance to their surrender plans, and to demonise the “Vote NO” campaign at the 1992 Constitutional Referendum.
We have subsequently been sent a most interesting press cutting from the Natal Mercury of March 6th 1992 which contained a very informative article about the individual concerned. He was named as Monty Markow, and the fact that this article constantly placed his claimed rank of “General” in inverted commas simply confirmed that this rank was fictitious. Furthermore he was at the time stated to be the Northern Natal leader of the absurd AWB outfit. By all accounts he had spoken at a public meeting at Northdene (a district in the southern Natal borough of Queensburgh) in the run-up to the 1992 Referendum. This would seem to be a very curious place for the AWB outfit to hold a meeting because Queensburgh was an overwhelming English-speaking borough, and the AWB outfit were of course notorious for wanting to drive all English-speaking White South Africans into the sea! Although the comments made by Markow as reported by the Natal Mercury were excellent, the fact that he made them on an AWB platform in a predominantly English-speaking town means that the actual effect of what he said was undoubtedly counter-productive. Either Mr.(and we are not going to use his fake rank of “General”) Markow was incredibly stupid therefore, or else he was a conscious agent of the sell-out NP administration. His subsequent actions in “conning” an acquaintance out of his car almost three decades later would certainly seem to suggest that it was the latter.
By all accounts our naïve colleague still hasn’t obtained his car back!
