On the 11th June the Ghanaian Minister of Tourism, Barbara Oteng Gyasi, emotionally stated at a public rally in Accra that “Black Americans of African descent should return to the continent because they are not wanted in the United States”. She then went on to say “Ghana is your home. Africa is your home. We have arms wide open, ready to welcome you home.”.
Ms. Gyasi was of course right. In 1820 a group of freed Negro slaves from the United States established a small colony on the West Coast of Africa and encouraged others of their numbers to return home there. Numbers increased during the following few decades, and in 1847 this colony declared itself the free sovereign nation of Liberia. In similar fashion Britain had founded the city of Freetown in their colony of Sierra Leone in 1792 and France the city of Libreville in their colony of Gabon in 1849 specifically for the purpose of settling freed Negro slaves. Following the abolition of slavery in the British, French and other European Empires, and the final emancipation of slaves in the United States following the Civil War of 1861 to 1865, it was naturally anticipated that most – if not all – of the freed Negro slaves would return to their ancestral homelands in these West African countries. Alas, however, this didn’t happen, no doubt because the “cushy” life under advanced Western rule proved far more attractive to the majority of them than the hard work required to establish new nations in the untamed African jungle.
In spite of there now being well over a century and a half since slavery was abolished throughout the West, with the Negroes thereby enjoying full rights and equality, the fact that there has been such widespread insurrection and rioting by Blacks in the United States and certain Western European countries over recent weeks must surely prove beyond doubt that the majority of them are genetically incapable of coping with life in an advanced Western society – and the fact that they have vandalised so many statues and memorials to great Western leaders and heroes shows categorically that they have nothing but hatred for the host countries where they now reside. The question must therefore be asked why don’t they just return to their ancestral homes in West Africa – particularly as Ms.Gyasi, the Ghanaian Minister of Tourism, has assured them that they would all be so welcome back there?
But it is not the Negroes themselves who are really to blame. It is the Western governments and authorities who have not insisted upon their repatriation – indeed they have not even encouraged it. This of course is all part of the socialist egalitarian mindset which has alas – albeit with two important breaks – been the dominant ideology throughout the West ever since the end of WW2. Socialism has of course proved a failure everywhere where is has been tried, and the catastrophic results of multi-racial societies has probably been the most striking example of this.
The sooner that the whole mindset of socialist egalitarianism is jettisoned into the dustbin of history the better. Then perhaps a new breed of national authorities can emerge throughout the West who will have the courage and vision to initiate a policy of repatriation for all non-Whites back to their ancestral homelands. This will not only greatly improve the order, prosperity and well-being of the Western nations and their peoples, but would also be to the benefit of the non-Whites themselves, who would no longer be “fish out of water”, forced to cope with life in a society which was genetically alien to them – and furthermore, as Ms. Gyasi has realised, this would also be to the advantage of their West African homelands. As was observed in Edition No.39 of The Imperial Patriot: “It would be a win/win/win situation”.

SPRINGBOK CLUB NEWS
The Springbok Club is tentatively planning to resume activities with a visit to the Royal Naval War Memorial in Chatham and other near-by historical sites during late August or September, and will then by re-scheduling the planned meeting to be addressed by Mr. James Lockwood about the Loyal Orders the following month. Both these events will of course depend upon how fully the draconian “lockdown” restrictions have been eased at the time, especially regarding the tyrannical insistence that objectionable facemasks must be worn on public transport etc.. More definite information will of course be given in next month’s SCN.

THE IMPERIAL PATRIOT
Copies of the third edition of The Imperial Patriot (numbered No.40) have now been posted out to all continental European subscribers as well as those from the UK, and also to the first few overseas subscribers. The initial reactions to this edition have been very favourable, in spite of the fact that it proved somewhat too “up-beat” and positive given the disasters which have befallen the world since it was written. It is now therefore essential that Edition No.4/No.41 is published as soon as possible, in order to reflect the terrifying position that Western Civilisation now finds itself in. Before this can be done, however, the posting of all remaining copies of Edition No.3/No.40 to overseas subscribers must be completed.
As mentioned before, one supporter has already pledged a monthly direct debit donation of £25.00, and if we were to obtain just nine more similar regular donations then the magazine could easily be published twice per year from now onwards. SPORTS PLAYERS AND OFFICIALS ACT LIKE QUISLINGS
In last month’s SCN we commented upon the disgraceful actions of certain sports administrators in Britain who had been prepared to debase themselves and to cause great harm to the sports which they represented by kow-towing to the dictates of both the medicrat fanatics and the subversives orchestrating insurrection throughout the West. The most sickening example of this was the plan by the Quislings administering Premier League soccer to have the overtly political slogan “Black Lives Matter” emblazoned on the back of every player’s shirt, thereby breaking their own rules prohibiting the appearance of any political slogans or symbols on players’ apparel. The phrase “Black Lives Matter” is of course the rallying-cry of the Marxist revolutionary “Antifa” movement, who have rightfully been identified by President Trump as domestic terrorists.
Alas even more grotesque subservience to the Marxist insurrectionists followed, with an assortment of sporting figures including Premier League soccer players and officials, F1 drivers and even England cricketers and umpires “taking the knee”. This sickening gesture, which began as a mark of disrespect to the US National Anthem, has now become an international sign of support for all those rioting, vandalizing and looting in the streets of the US and elsewhere in the Western world. Those who have enacted this disgusting gesture can therefore only be described by one word: Vermin. They should remember that their predecessors from the England Soccer team who in 1938 were prepared to make an equally treacherous gesture by giving the Nazi salute prior to an international match against Germany, were subsequently held in total contempt by their fellow-countrymen, with calls being made for none of them ever to play for England again.
Happily not all sporting figures have been prepared to comply with this revolting acquiescence towards evil. Some Soccer players refused to take part, as also have four Championship League clubs and six F1 drivers. Most praiseworthy of all, however, was the initiative and bravery shown by the Burnley supporter Jake Hepple who arranged for a light aircraft towing a banner reading “White Lives Matter – Burnley” to fly over the Manchester City Ground where Burnley were playing. Jake Hepple is therefore a true hero of our times, and – even though the current Burnley management don’t seem to appreciate the fact – he has showered glory on the team which he loves.
All decent people must therefore call for all those who organised or partook in this disgraceful support for domestic terrorists to be dismissed from all positions and never to play for their countries again, unless they offer an abject apology for insulting their country and their fans in this way. All decent people should also boycott all the sports concerned until suitable actions have been taken to cleanse them of all association with this sickening support for evil.

WHO IS OR WAS “BRU WIN”?
Most readers will probably recall that in the December 2019 Edition of the SCN we asked whether anyone could locate a copy of the article “Brendan Joseph Willmer – the Career of a Political Phony” which had been written during the 1980s, and how in the May 2020 Edition we pleasingly announced that a copy of this article had been located, and had now been placed on-line (http://www.springbk.org.uk/BJW-CPP.htm).
The main reason why we wished to locate a copy of this article was because we had been contacted by an enquirer who had asked whether we could supply any further information about the notorious Brenan Willmer, specifically concerning some of the crankier “conspiracy theories” which he bandied around. Unfortunately the enquirer never gave his name, and all we had to go on was his e-mail address of: bru_win3@hotmail.com. He did enigmatically mention that Willmer possessed the same initials as him however, leading us to believe that “Bru Win” was at least part of his name.
Alas, when we tried to contact him to inform him that the article had been located via the e-mail address which he had given our e-mail was returned as this address was evidently no longer recognised. We wonder therefore whether anyone could inform us of the full name of this mysterious “Bru Win”, and what his current e-mail address is?

Debbie Toms was the daughter of Jenny Toms (see December 2003 SCN), and inherited some of her mother’s beauty. She was born and spent her childhood in Bulawayo, before moving to Natal where her parents had re-located, first to Ballito and then to Carrington Heights in Durban. She worked for Isaacs Geshin the estate agents, but alas seemed incapable of forming any lasting relationships, often pitting one boyfriend against another. She was also a great Francophile, so it is therefore wondered whether she moved to France. In any case, it would be very interesting to learn what became of her.

Ten years after my beloved father’s death on Monday 15th June 1998, when I was, appropriately, telephoned from the Kruger National Park in South Africa by my second cousin , Peter Rogan, who lives in Putney, who’s mother Anne Doris Wylie is my father’s first cousin, and he was on loudspeaker with his two brothers, Alistair and Mac Rogan and first cousin, my second cousin, Mike Wylie,B.Comm., B.Sc. (Civil Engineering), a semi-retired Chairman of Wilson, Bailey, Holmes. That was a lovely family gesture!

Unfortunately I won’t be able to march to the tune of No Surrender this year with the Orange Order. All parades have been cancelled due to these ridiculous COVID restrictions.
With regards to marches, my favourite Orange banner painting is the one with Queen Victoria proclaiming the Bible as the secret of England’s greatness to the Indian prince.
I would also like to thank you and the Patriotic Forum for your continued support towards Ulster Unionism. It is fantastic to know that we still have friends on the mainland.

Sir,
Listening to the radio and tele’ over the last few days I awoke this morning whilst listening to radio 5 live of the demos around the world of “Black Lives Matter” (don’t all lives?) to the resounding thought, Jesus Christ, this is the beginning of the end for the Caucasian Race in perhaps 3 to 4 generations. We have a diminishing birth rate (less two per couple on average) but all other races have a birth rate of 2 and upwards. It takes 2.3 children to maintain a race, but we, the White race, are failing to produce this.
Given the current crime rate of the minorities, especially those of West Indian and Somali decent, I doubt whether we will be given the courtesy and understanding that we have given them. Add to all this their multitude of organisations, Black Lawyers, Black Police, etc.,etc., etc., and all assisted by bloody White liberals who do not understand they will be the first victims.
What is unforgivable is not only did we stopped slavery, but had we not alone stood up to Hitler those that criticise us would not be here to do so.
I could go on but I think you get the picture, but what do we do?

I hope that you and the members of the Springbok Club are well and in perfect health. With your permission, I am writing you a general reflection on Southern Africa.
In many southern and eastern African states, such as South Africa and Zimbabwe, not to mention others like Mozambique, the formal freedoms arising from the overthrow of the "White" government do not seem to fill the stomachs or calm the concerns of the "Black" majorities. This is
because these nations are currently governed by political parties that seem to have no desire to leave power. Along with this, these cliques have sought allies abroad so that, mortgaging the futures of their peoples, they remain in power. An example of this foreign aid is the Chinese intrusion into Africa, which helps sustain these cliques in power.

THE CASE FOR SLAVERY
Sir,
With all the current discussions about historic Negro slavery, it has struck me that the balance of the argument has not been even, as it is always assumed without question that such slavery was a bad thing. In order to redress the balance I thought that it might be interesting to examine the counter point of view.
The Negroes from West Africa who were sold to European traders to become slaves in the Americas had all been captured by one tribe or another during inter-tribal conflict. If their captors were not aware that they could receive good payment for them from the European traders then they would simply have been butchered on the spot. Although their Trans-Atlantic journeys were hellish, once they arrived in their new homes and were sold to new owners then it was in the interests of these new owners to ensure that they were well fed, healthy and had good accommodation. A happy work-force is after always a good work-force. Furthermore, as their new masters were invariably zealous Christians they would also allow them one day off during the week, Sunday’s, when they were taught the virtues of Christianity and encouraged to adapt their traditional songs and tunes to their new religion – which became Negro spirituals and Gospel Music. This of course only added to their contentment in their new homes.
These are the facts. Let’s hope that we can now have a balanced debate on the subject.

OBITUARIES
DAME VERA LYNN
Like the whole of the British nation, we were greatly saddened by the news of the death of Dame Vera Lynn, albeit at the ripe old age of 103.
Vera Lynn was born at East Ham in 1917 into an upper working-class family. At an early age it became apparent that she was gifted with an outstanding singing voice, and so her career in life thereby became assured. Her voice was distinctive and mesmerising, and by the late 1930s she was singing with several of the top dance bands of the era, particularly those of Joe Loss and Bert Ambrose. But her talents proved to extend far beyond her singing voice; as she was assured and self-confident at a very young age, and had a winning smile and an ability to get on with seemingly everyone around her. It was for this reason that she was “head-hunted” by the BBC to present their new radio request programme, “Sincerely Yours”.
The outbreak of WW2 proved providential for her, for through her radio show and many live performances she quickly became highly popular – particularly with the servicemen who had enlisted to fight in the War, and in next to no time she was dubbed “The Forces Sweetheart”. Most performers would simply have gloried in this epithet and then sat back to reap all the benefits – but not Vera Lynn. She knew that it was her duty constantly to deserve the title, and set out to entertain the troops and others associated with the War effort everywhere that she could with her magnificent voice and her inspirational songs. The most praiseworthy example of this was when she became aware of the “Forgotten Army” (those fighting in Burma against the Japanese aggressors) and insisted that she be flown out to entertain them in a similar fashion to the way that she had entertained the troops fighting in Europe and North Africa. This was not only a very brave action for her to take, as this was the most dangerous theatre of the War, but as conditions in tropical Asia were so terrible this also proved extremely uncomfortable for a lone woman. Another important factor about Vera Lynn’s affinity with her adoring fans was that she always insisted upon wearing a “girl next door” skirt and blouse when entertaining the troops, rather than the elegant ball-gowns which she had worn pre-WW2 when performing with the big dance-bands.
After WW2 Vera Lynn fell out of favour with the establishment, particularly with the Attlee Socialist government which tended to be quasi-pacifist and opposed to continued Imperialism, an opposition which caused further conflicts where Vera Lynn’s patriotic enthusiasm to perform for the troops could have again helped to lift service morale. As a result she went into semi-retirement.
Happily all this changed in the 1960s however, when the BBC again realised her great talents, and produced a string of television variety programmes for her to host. These shows of course were compulsory viewing for all those for whom she had been “The Forces Sweetheart” a couple of decades earlier – but were also enjoyed by a younger generation who were equally captivated by her talents. Throughout all this time she remained a dedicated supporter of the Royal British Legion and other veterans’ organisations, eagerly entertaining those who she termed “my boys” without asking for any fees. When subsequent conflicts erupted where British servicemen again had to play their part in defending their country and its interests – such as the Falklands War, the Gulf War and the War Against Islamic Terror – Vera Lynn not only resumed her own morale-boosting performances, but also encouraged a younger generation of British entertainers to do likewise.
Dame Vera Lynn may never have taken up arms against our enemies during WW2 and subsequent conflicts, but her self-sacrificing contributions were nonetheless of tremendous value. We therefore mourn her passing with much sorrow, and trust that her patriotic valour will set an example for future generations of those blessed with similar musical talents. Our sincere condolences are extended to her daughter, grand-daughter and great-grandchildren.

JAMES BARRY WHYMAN
It was with great sadness that we recently learnt of the death of James Barry Whyman at the age of 83.
Barry Whyman (he invariably used his second Christian name – though he was often nicknamed “Bill” after the popular musician!) had been born at Ashby-de-la-Zouch in Leicestershire during mid-1936. A skilled craftsman, he rose to become lecturer in ceramics at Leicester College.
Barry was also a great patriot, who took a keen interest in the well-being of his kith-and-kin around the world, particularly those from Rhodesia. During the time of UDI he joined the Anglo-Rhodesian Society, and retained a committed member of several pro-Rhodesian organisation even after the fall of Rhodesia in 1979. He joined the Springbok Club during the mid 1990s after being introduced to the organisation at a reception in the House of Lords, and initially proved a loyal and dedicated member, travelling regularly all the way down from Leicester to London to attend meetings. Alas, however, his wife was taken badly ill during the early 2000s with a condition which meant that she could not be left alone, which resulted in him being forced to cease active membership.
We remember Barry Whyman fondly however, and our sincere sympathies are extended to his daughter Sarah and to the rest of his family.
