The election by a majority of British Conservative MPs of a foreigner as Prime Minister has brought disgrace not only to the Conservative Party, but also to the British nation as a whole. There have of course been British Prime Ministers with foreign blood in their veins in the past, most notably of course Boris Johnson, but this new incumbent who has been foisted on the British people isn’t just a foreigner – he is from a completely different ethnic group! This unbelievable development has made Britain a laughing-stock elsewhere around the Western World, with patriots from other Western nations pouring scorn on the British nation for the shame which it has brought upon itself – and they are surely right in so doing!
But it isn’t only the new leader of the Conservative Party who is an ethnically-alien foreigner, but also many of the leading members of the cabinet – and furthermore this has been the case under all three of the last three Prime Ministers! So just what has happened to the once great British Conservative Party – at one time the most successful and indestructible political party in the Western World? It is just as if Conservative MPs have a collective death-wish! For the first time for over two hundred years the unthinkable now seems to be happening – the disintegration of the once supremely powerful British Conservative Party.
As we stated in the July 2022 Edition of the SCN: “Although we are of course totally opposed to socialism …. we even so believe that it is in Britain’s best interests that a General Election is held soon, and that the only viable alternative government, Sir Keir Starmer’s Labour Party, is elected with a massive majority. This will give a five-year breathing space for either the Conservative Party to reform itself …. or alternatively – perhaps preferably – for the various component parties which emerged from the collapse of UKIP to get their act together and to form a united and genuinely patriotic alternative party.” Since writing this, of course, it has become apparent that the Conservative Party is now totally incapable of reforming itself, for after all it is not only Conservative Party MPs but also grass-roots Conservative members who have selected ethnically-alien foreigners to become their MPs who have been to blame for the current appalling situation.
It is now therefore more urgent and vital than ever that the several currently fringe patriotic parties who emerged from UKIP should unite to present a conceivable alternative to the Labour Party. The strongest such party seems to be the Reform Party, which is the direct descendent of the successful Brexit Party. Alas, however, it has a very unfortunate name with strong leftist connotations. The Reclaim Party’s name seems only slightly better, though it does seem to have an encouraging dynamism, and of course UKIP itself is still in existence with advantageous name-recognition. Two smaller parties, the British Freedom Party and the Patriotic Alternative, in spite of some very attractive policies, seem alas to be too tiny and poorly administered (judging from our own experiences of their failures to respond to correspondence) to be considered viable in themselves.
We therefore call upon all – or certainly most – of these parties to put all their differences and bickering behind them, and to unite to create a single dynamic patriotic party capable of providing a viable opposition to the Labour Party. The very future of the British nation is after all at stake.

Guest Speaker : Mr. Bryn Price MA, DMS, VMS, MSM (Rhodesia)
Bryn Price was born and bred in Rhodesia. After leaving school, where he excelled at cross-country running and Rugby, he joined the Department of Internal Affairs, rising to the rank of District Officer. He left Rhodesia following the takeover of the country by the ZANU-PF regime, moving firstly to South Africa and then to the UK in 1991, where he became actively involved with a number of expatriate Rhodesian organisations, including Rhodesians Worldwide and the Department of Internal Affairs Association. He regularly represents the Department of Internal Affairs and carries their flag at the annual Rhodesian Remembrance Day service outside Westminster Abbey.
He is married to fellow-Rhodesian Sandra, and currently lives in Maidstone. He is Director of Safer Kent (formerly The Kent People’s Trust), a charity dedicated to creating a better environment for everyone in Kent. He has competed in both the Comrades Marathon and the London Marathon, but his main sporting interest at the moment is marathon canoeing, where he has represented Great Britain in the K2 category at Masters (senior) level. In his talk he will tell something about his time and career working for the Rhodesian Department of Internal Affairs, and will also be detailing some of his experiences and achievements as a marathon canoeist at international level.
A sumptuous array of buffet snacks will be provided at this event, and the costs will be £15.00 per head for Full Members of the Springbok Club, £17.50 per head for Associate Members, and £20.00 per head for non-members. PATRIOTIC FORUM NEWS
The Patriotic Forum held a most interesting and informative meeting last month, at which the guest speaker was Mr. Peter Lindsay, the influential political analyst and commentator. In his well researched speech, which was entitled “The World Crisis”, Mr. Lindsay detailed how the mainstream media around the Western World were not relaying the full facts about the current conflict in the Ukraine, thereby stoking up misguided anti-Russian sentiments throughout the West, and how this was worryingly driving Russia further and further into the orbit of Communist China.

MESSAGE FROM THE ANIMAL SURVIVAL INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION
We have recently received the following extremely important report from the Animal Survival International organisation about the situation regarding the plight of elephants and other wildlife in the “new” South Africa’s Addo National Park. It reads as follows:-
“A crippling drought is devastating the wildlife of the Addo Elephant National Park in South Africa. To help the animals survive, we have been installing waterhole pumps across Addo's vast terrain (633 square miles or 1,640 square kilometers) to provide water, helping to ensure the survival of many species.
“In 2021 donations helped us install six state-of-the-art solar-powered water pumps to keep Addo’s main camp waterholes full (with great success!). Now a severe lack of water in Darlington, the northern-most part of he park, needs our urgent attention.
“Addo is situated in South Africa's Eastern Cape province, which because of climate change is battling its worst drought in 100 years. Addo reached out to us asking for help to provide water for elephants. Obviously, it is vitally important to ensure sufficient water flows once more for these parched elephants and other wildlife.
“We acted immediately, rushing a team to the region. The good news is that our investigation showed an immense water reservoir lying deep beneath the surface. ‘We discovered that if we can drill down 115 feet we can provide 1,320 gallons of water an hour – an enormous boon for the animals that could be the difference between life and death” says campaign director Luke Barritt.
“ Until recently, diesel-powered water pumps would have been used, but in these days we must provide a cleaner solution - solar-powered water pumps, because they are non-polluting. These pumps are also quieter, an important factor because wild animals get easily stressed by noise.
“If we can raise £6,500, we can give Addo's Darlington elephants and other wildlife enough water for them to be able to drink and bathe to their heart's content. Please, will you help us dig deep for water and install two new solar-powered pumps for waterholes?
“The speed at which global temperatures are rising is terrifying, and water is becoming increasingly scarce as droughts become more frequent, intense, and longer-lasting. We work with this issue every day, and every day, we become more alarmed by how serious water shortages are for animal survival. Prolonged dry spells pose life-threatening consequences to African elephants, the largest land mammals on the planet, who can drink up to 50 gallons of water daily. Water is also crucial for them to stay calm and do what elephants love to do - wallow in mud.
“The water shortage in Addo is especially poignant to us. In 2018, our supporters financed the successful relocation of a 28-strong elephant family to Darlington to ease pressure on the park's central region. Before the relocation, no elephants had lived in Darlington for over 150 years, after being hunted to extinction.
“We named the family the “Davies herd” after our founders, Brian and Gloria Davies, who are passionate about these magnificent creatures. Now, the elephants are desperately searching for their most critical life source, only to find empty waterholes and bone-dry riverbeds.
“African savanna elephant populations have dwindled by at least 60% over the last 50 years. They are now listed as endangered by the International Union for Conservation of Nature's (IUCN) Red List of Threatened Species. The biggest threats faced by these giants are habitat loss, human-wildlife conflict and wildlife crime - primarily, poaching for the illegal ivory trade. Despite anti-poaching efforts, the animals remain at greater risk of extinction than ever before…
“There are only about 415,000 elephants left across the continent of Africa. Just under 100 years ago there were more than 10 million.
“About 600 elephants roam Addo. We must do everything in our power to protect and preserve these remaining few by providing them with their most fundamental and urgent needs. Please, donate right now to get life-sustaining water pumped and flowing for desperately thirsty elephants.”

THE 2022 CRICKET T20 WORLD CUP
England are of course to be congratulated upon winning this year’s Cricket T20 World Cup, and our only real criticism is that they had to include three foreign players (“sporting mercenaries”) in the final in order to do this,
But England were not undefeated throughout the competition. They were beaten by Ireland in the pool stage. Shortly after the England Soccer team won the Soccer World Cup in 1966 they were defeated by Scotland, and mischievous Scottish fans then maintained that they should therefore be considered world champions! We wonder now therefore whether Ireland have a justifiable claim that they are really the T20 world champions!
Ireland of course were not the only European team to excel in the 2022 T20 World Cup. The Netherlands not only qualified for the Super 12 stage but also beat both Zimbongoland and the “new” South Africa therein – thus meaning that they will be automatic qualifiers for the final eight in the next World Cup. Furthermore, although they didn’t qualify for the Super 12 stage, Scotland managed to beat the once all-powerful West Indies in the qualifying stage!
With Namibia (SWA) failing to qualify, Zimbongoland finishing bottom of their Super 12 pool, the “new” South Africa (touted by some as possible tournament winners) failing dismally, and Kenya, who (as “East Africa”) participated in the first ever Cricket World Cup consisting of only eight teams in 1975, now being nowhere to be seen in the world cricket structure, it seems obvious that the game on the African continent is now a spent force – as it is also in most sports, and indeed in life in general following de-colonisation.
But with Cricket in Africa and the West Indies now apparently in terminal decline, in Asia, AND IN EUROPE, the game is clearly on the ascendency (in the two great Australasian nations standards are so high that it seems difficult for them to get any better!). Whereas the strongest Asian nations seem to be cultivating the game elsewhere on their continent, England alas do not seem to be doing the same in Europe. This surely is a great mistake, for it should never be forgotten that the game originated in what is today Belgium, and it was one of he most popular sports in France prior to the French Revolution.

Martyn Hudson served in the Rhodesian Light Infantry, and after relocating to the UK became a leading member of the RLI Association, being particularly involved with the RLI Museum in Bedford, the town where he lived. The Springbok Club staged a visit to the RLI Museum in 2010, where personal contact was made with Martyn Hudson. He proved a most welcoming and enthusiastic activist, but alas a recent invitation to a Springbok Club event which was sent to his last known address in Bedford was returned as he was evidently no longer resident at this address. It astounds me that people express surprise at how much prices are going up in general at the moment. They don’t seem to understand that if you lock down vast swathes of your economy for a large part of two years, pay people for doing nothing with £230 billion of printed money, produce very little and have people chasing scarce goods with printed money, that you will inevitable produce inflation! Again, just because you’re called the Conservative party it does not mean that you can defy the basic laws of economics!

Thank you for your recent email which included an article received from a supporter. My understanding is that the intention of this correspondence is to justify the Russian attack upon Ukraine. Is this correct?
If it is then I have to express my disappointment. Putin is a bloodthirsty dictator who after deceiving the Russian public that he is a leader who can be trusted after massive voter fraud is now intent upon destroying Ukraine. His criminal conduct constitutes a war crime.

I am very disappointed now to have learnt that the staunch conservative and right wing Afrikaner effort since 1983 to date, via the "secret plan" of the Konserwatiewe Party (KP), the Afrikaner Accord of 23 April 1994, the Volkstaatraad and its 7 reports of execution of a Volkstaat, the undeveloped self-determination for minorities Article 235 in the 1996 SA Constitution, the submissions of OASE (Onafhanklike Afrikaner Selfbeskikkings Ekspedisie), the efforts of the KAF (Konfederale Afrikaner Raad), TAR (Tussentydse Afrikaner Raad), VVK (Volksraad Verkiessings Kommissie), ASK (Afrikaner Strategie Komitee where I served from 2016 to 2020) and BAV (Boere Afrikaner Volksraad) had all been suppressed, - seemingly by the VF+ who lord's it over the Afrikaner people while those VF+ Member's of Parliament get exorbitant salaries on corrupt South African government lending debt!
Orania and Kleinfontein are great concepts for an elite few, but do not at all comply with international law process for ex-European ethnic self-determination.
My view is that the Afrikaner has had good experience in helping to develop South Africa between April 1652 and April 1994, and should make use of self-determination opportunities as well as economic, defence and diplomatic relations with Western Christian civilization. Sadly treason within and agendas without keep the Afrikaner - and hence South Africa - prisoner of serious exponential decay.
But by today, 28 years down the line, South Africa is in shameful and ungovernable state!

It seems that the Biden White House (run by 'minorities' in American terms) cannot even properly spell the names of our states anymore, and apparently the V.P. did not notice, and we know the President is so senile that he'd never notice. Well, with an average I.Q. in remote Africa only in the 60's or low 70's, and a President who uses elementary school cards to navigate on stage (only to forget where the exit is after throwing a temper tantrum), well, I don't mean to put anyone down, but I'm hardly surprised.

REMEMBERING ABLE SEACAT SIMON
At last month’s Patriotic Forum meeting the subject of the “Yangtze Incident” of 1949 came up, and one member reminded everyone that during this incident the ship’s cat from HMS Amethyst, Simon (aka “Able Seacat Simon”), became the first cat ever to be awarded the Dickin Medal – the animal’s VC.
