This year’s string of local elections across the UK may not seem to be of vital consequence, but two specific polls are of significant importance, namely the election of the London Mayor and the Scottish Parliament elections.
The position of Mayor of London has no real relevance of course as the post has no powers of any consequence (indeed we would argue that the position should be abolished altogether – after all there is a centuries-old title of Lord Mayor of London which has significant powers in the City of London, so why this Blairite additional invention?). This election does have great symbolic importance however, as the last election for this post held in 2016 (which incidentally attracted a very low turnout) was won by an Asian immigrant – an outcome which caused London and the UK as a whole great embarrassment and much international contempt and ridicule. Every effort must therefore be made to prevent a similar outcome happening again.
The Asian in question, who is named Sadiq Khan, only won the election because he was nominated as the official Labour Party candidate at a time when an extreme left-wing faction held sway in that party. Incredibly, however, the Conservative Party have this year also nominated a non-White immigrant as their candidate, who thus also cannot be supported by any true Briton. There are however a number of very able British candidates standing either as independents or representing smaller parties. One who has especially enthused us is Mr. Laurence Fox, an articulate actor by profession who is campaigning in particular against all the draconian Covid-19 restrictions and the “lockdown” lunacy in general. We therefore have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Fox as our most favoured candidate. But in the London Mayoral Election all voters can make two selections – one for their first choice candidate and one for their second. If the current betting odds are to be believed Mr. Brian Rose of the “London Real Party” seems the most likely candidate to defeat Sadiq Khan. We know very little about Mr. Rose or his policies, but he does have one most compelling attribute in his favour – namely that he is not Sadiq Khan! We therefore advocate a first preference vote for Mr. Laurence Fox and a second preference vote for Mr. Brian Rose.
In Scotland the most important aim must be to defeat the malignant spectre of Scottish Nationalism. Although on the face of it the internal personality spat between Nicola Sturgeon and Alex Salmond should be to the advantage of Unionism, the peculiarities of the Scottish Parliament elections mean that their split could actually be beneficial to the nationalists – and Salmond has played this absurd situation brilliantly. Patriots must therefore also play the system tactically in order to ensure a Unionist majority. In the constituency polls Unionists should vote for the pro-Union party most likely to defeat the odious SNP – yes, even when this is the Labour Party, regardless of the unacceptable nature of the current leader of the Labour Party in Scotland. For the Regional List elections then everyone should give their support to the Conservative candidates, as the Conservative Party is now clearly the strongest Unionist party in Scotland as a whole. Only by this method can the Nationalist dinosaurs finish with a Super-Minority!

Scott Balson is an expat’ South African who migrated to Australia in 1986. In 1989 he saw a gap in the market and established the first computer-based marketing business in Australia called Interactive Presentations Pty Ltd. His business evolved and grew with the dawn of the Internet in 1994. Scott retired and shut down his business in 2015. As someone at the forefront of the Internet in 1996 he established one of the first daily online newspapers in the world. He has always had an interest in South Africa and spent 30 years researching the Griqua people, resulting in his eighth book "Children of the Mist" published in 2007. Since 2018 he has been putting up videos daily about the real stories behind the news in South Africa - with a focus on politics and crime in the country. We have recently received the following most poignant message from the Network for Animals organisation, which reads as follows :-
“It’s winter and freezing cold in Grabouw, South Africa, and conditions are critical for the thousands of street dogs who fight for survival in this hard and unforgiving environment. They need our help today
“The Covid economic catastrophe has seen the situation for animals in this impoverished area spiral out of control. The result is uncontrolled breeding that has led to massive overpopulation.
“Thousands of dogs are suffering from mange, agonizing diseases and unspeakable abuse.
“It’s heart-breaking, and we must act now.
“It’s so hard to imagine thousands of hungry dogs, but when one of our supporters alerted us, we had to investigate. What we found was beyond shocking.
“Nearly everyone in the area has one or two dogs. Before Covid, the people had just enough money to feed them. Now, no money exists to take care of them. Dogs are on their own.
“It’s the middle of winter in South Africa, and Grabouw is cold and wet. On our visit, we found dogs surviving in the most appalling conditions.
“Let us tell you about Sam’s story…
“Behind a tin shanty, lay a grim makeshift doghouse set in the mud and made from a few bits of wood. In this sorrowful excuse for a ‘shelter’, we found a scared and very sick dog we named Sam.
“Sam was covered in mange and lay shivering in the mud and in his own faeces.
“Our hearts sank. NO animal should ever endure such suffering.
“Sam yelped as we reached out to him – he had no reason to trust humans. Once he realized we were there to help, he became the sweetest boy you could imagine. We rushed him to a nearby veterinary clinic. Sam is going to recover but he will require special treatment and will need lots of love to teach him that not all humans are cruel.
“The Grabouw Animal Welfare Society (GAWS) is a small organization doing its very best to improve the tragic situation in the area. According to GAWS, up to 120,000 neglected dogs live in the Grabouw area. There is no way they can help them all. Sadly, because of the coronavirus and crashing economies, GAWS is stretched to capacity. In this unprecedented time, animals are sadly last on the authorities’ priority lists and funding has been cut. GAWS really wants to help Sam and all the other abused and hungry dogs that need help. We had to do something to help!
“We have promised to help Sam and as many of his friends as possible. It’s a daunting challenge but we must do what we can. Any donation you make will help feed hungry dogs in this poor and desperate area.
“Our first goal is to rush emergency food to as many hungry dogs as possible. The second is to try to get veterinary treatment for the animals with the most severe medical needs. Then, our third goal is to begin an outreach program there to educate people about the proper care of dogs.
“Together we can change this awful situation, but we can’t do this without you. So please donate today so that we can start our feeding program immediately and help the starving animals of Grabouw.
“There is much more we must do to reduce the suffering of donkeys in Bela Bela! Only your kind donation can make this possible.

FINDING JACK CHARLTON
The BBC television programme “Finding Jack Charlton”, which was originally broadcast on 29th March, proved a very revealing production. Telling the story of Jackie Charlton, a member of the England 1966 (Association Football) World Cup winning team who sadly died last year, the programme included a couple of little known revelations which particularly caught our attention.
Jack Charlton earned the odium of many British Loyalists when he accepted the position as manager of the Republic of Ireland Association Football team in 1986 – this being at the height of the SF/IRA terrorist campaign against the United Kingdom and the British people. However this programme exposed the fact that Jack Charlton had earlier applied for the position as manager of the England team – but never even received the decency of a reply! (Knowing the low intelligence and the insularity of the average Football Association official this perhaps wasn’t totally surprising!). Charlton’s decision to accept the unexpected appointment as manager of a rival national team therefore shouldn’t really have been criticised!
But it was not only British Loyalists who were dismayed by Jack Charlton’s appointment. The programme revealed that hard-line Irish Republicans were also angered by it, displaying banners reading “Go Home Union Jack!”. In spite of all this opposition Jack Charlton proved a great success in his new role, taking the Republic of Ireland to both the 1990 and 1994 (Association Football) World Cup finals – and performing creditably at both these events. This resulted in him being lionized at massive “welcome home” parades in Dublin, and even once being nominated for an “Irishman of the Year” award!
Jack Charlton’s greatest achievements were undoubtedly unconscious however. He never betrayed his basic Englishness (or more specifically his Northumbrian identity – indeed he was shown in the programme giving a rendition of “Blaydon Races” with great gusto!). By so doing he managed to stymie much of the anti-English paranoia which had been spread by Republicans for decades. Perhaps of equal long-term importance, however, was that by achieving so much success on the field he made Association Football overtake GAA Football – with all its Republican connotations - as the most popular code of Football in the Republic. Indeed towards the end of his reign as Republic of Ireland manager he made a very sarcastic reference to the shape of GAA goalposts – a remark which undoubtedly would have led to calls for his dismissal if made at the start of his appointment! Jack Charlton therefore did more than he himself probably realised to end the plague of hostility in the Republic against their fellow-countrymen from elsewhere in the British Isles.

BOLSONARO SHOWS THE WAY
The Brazilian President, Jair Bolsonaro, has come in for much criticism in the international media for failing to wear a ridiculous face-mask. Rather than criticising Bolsonaro we believe that he should be held up as a shining example however! He himself was earlier diagnosed with Covid-19, but recovered speedily and completely. He knows from first-hand experience therefore that the virus isn’t nearly as deadly as many medicrats claim. News footage has been shown around the world of graves being dug in Brazil – just as if deaths never occurred in that country prior to the current pandemic! The truth of the matter is that the death rate in Brazil isn’t significantly higher than it was in the pre-Covid era – in other words if people hadn’t died with the Covid virus then they would still have died from a myriad of other causes, just as is the case in every other country! Rather than criticising President Bolsonaro everyone around the world – be they other celebrities or ordinary citizens – should be following his example by refusing to wear de-humanising face-masks!

ESCAPE TO PARAGUAY
We have recently heard that a number of White South Africans are currently exploring the possibilities of escaping the decaying “new” South Africa by moving to Paraguay. This reminds us of the Scott family from Pearce Road on the Bluff in Durban who gave up all hope of South Africa surviving during the late 1980s, and themselves moving to Paraguay. Mr. and Mrs. Scott (alas in those more formal times they were only ever known as “Mr.” and “Mrs.” rather than by their christian names, although it was known that Mr. Scott’s first initial was “H”) were on the fringe of patriotic activity in Durban before they left, but their decision to quit the country whilst there was still some hope of effective White resistance was predictably not very well received by their fellow activists! Surprisingly their son (again alas no-one seems to recall his christian name) emerged seemingly from nowhere and stood as a Conservative candidate at a Durban Municipal election during the early 1990s. Whether this son never joined his parents in Paraguay, or whether he returned to South Africa – with or without them – is not known. It would however be very interesting to learn whatever happened to this family, and whether they could give any advice to those White South Africans now thinking of emigrating to the country.

I agree that the Biden-Kamala show is going to be a sad, sad state of affairs. I think what will happen is that those lunatic lefties like Alexandria Ocasio Cortez etc., will run all over them and America will soon see just how nuts these fruit-loops really are. I mean, we're talking about people so insane that they do not even want people to call their parents Mother or Father again. They are so nuts that they just made an insane transexual who really thinks that he is a beautiful woman the Assistant Surgeon General and well, let me tell you, this ain't no pretty woman! This is a homely man wearing a bad wig and he clearly needs emotional assistance. I mean, I am not trying to be hateful or anything, but this is just pathetic.
So, yeah, it's going to be one hell of a ride. I guess the real question is going to be just how much damage they will do before people realize how bad the situation is.

OBITUARY
H.R.H. THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH
It was of course with extreme sadness that we learnt of the recent death of His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh. Although at 99 years of age this was not unexpected, it is surely a tribute to the merit of the man that his death has caused such genuine outpourings of grief round the world.
Although born into the Greek Royal Family, Prince Philip, as he was originally called, has no Greek blood in him whatsoever, and the jocular nickname of “Phil the Greek” which he was given was therefore a complete misnomer. He was a direct descendent of Queen Victoria through her daughter Princess Alice, and although he thereby had considerable British blood in his veins he also had Royal blood from several other northern European monarchies in his veins also, most notably Danish, German and Russian. Indeed so strong was his northern European gene-pool that in his early life he was often said to resemble a Nordic God.
He was however a true and loyal servant of the British Nation, its people and its Empire, as of course is testified not only by his service in the Royal Navy both during and after WW2, but also and more especially by his devoted duty to his wife, H.M. The Queen, for over 70 years. Many have speculated, however, that it may have been better for both Britain and the world if he had been born to be sovereign, with his wife thereby being consort. With all due deference to Her Majesty, there may have been some validity in this observation.
Unfortunately his position as the Queen’s Consort meant that he wasn’t able to express any forthright opinions on the major issues of the day, a constitutional stipulation which he obeyed with aplomb. Occasionally however he would give clues to his true feelings. The most striking example of this was when he once said that an electrical junction box looked as if “it had been installed by an Indian”. This surely was a clear subliminal message to the British people that he secretly empathised with them concerning all the problems which they were experiencing through unwanted non-White immigration.
His Royal Highness also took a great interest in two matters which are central to our own movement’s world-view, namely the vital need of wildlife conservation and the importance of sport in national life. He was a keen and dedicated patron of several nature conservation organizations such as the World Wildlife Fund, and was an active participant in many sports during his earkier life, most notably Polo, Yachting, Cricket (an enthusiasm which must have come naturally as he was born in Corfu!) and Horse Carriage Driving. He furthermore realised how important active sport was to the ongoing younger generations and the well-being of the nation as a whole, hence his patronage of the National Playing Fields Association and the initiation of his own Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme.
We can only hope that all his virtues, talents and patriotism have been passed on through his genes to the future successors of his wife as sovereign, so that hopefully they may reign over a United Kingdom, Commonwealth and Empire once more on the ascendancy.
Our sincerest sympathies are of course extended to all members of the Royal Family.
